We've gotten chocolates from here before but this time the caramel was grainy and the marshmallow in their special one (can't remember what it's called) was also grainy. I don't mind paying a lot for good chocolate, but it's tough to pay that much and have this experience. They also put the peanut butter one in with the others and thought it would be okay but it wasn't. đ˘

This is a local business that's been here for probably 20+ years. Their chocolates are very good and they have many creative different treats available. One of the best are their gourmet apples! Many different coverings and the apples are always fresh. I purchased some chocolates and they put them in a nice little box, with the top see thru so the person in giving them to can see just what they are getting. Their prices are reasonable for these special treats and the employees are very friendly, helpful and accommodating. I even got a free special treat for my birthday! They make nice custom boxes for gifting and the presentation is so nice no other wrapping or bows are needed. They also have a barista who makes special coffee drinks etc that are very nice for the cooler weather now. There are also tables you can sit at and visit with friends it just take a break while enjoying you drink and treat.

Kind staff, and delicious drinks & chocolate. Calm atmosphere, great place to just relax or chat with a friend. Especially love the smells and classic music, really sets the tone. My favorite drink is hot cocoa with oatmilk during the colder months. 4 stars because I wish it would close later than 6 or be open longer on Sundays.

I went to Staffords today to get myself a matcha and the lady who made it did not make it good at all. It was so powdery like she just dumped it in there and didnât properly stir it and the whole time she was mumbling how she needed to leave immediately for something so she rushed making my drink and just left after. It wasnât enjoyable at all because I could feel the powder with every sip I took. Usually love the matcha but not a fan of the lady behind the counter.

Stopped by Staffordâs and was honestly taken aback. The woman behind the counter acted like making my drink was a complete inconvenience like I was interrupting her day. She smelled strongly of cigarettes and couldnât have been less friendly. Not exactly the level of service Iâm used to. This is my âmocha latteâ for reference, the syrup is not even mixed in.
