Pro Tip: Put the grilled onions on your second bite, then take a bite of the grilled jalapeño after that. Umami flavors for your tastebuds! They even make fries upon request but ask for them extra crispy, A little too soft for me. Unfortunately they don't have the little stand anymore, they post up in the truck at the Macys Parking Lot near Red Robin. Such great people with amazing food! If i could choose to eat at any Mexican restaurant in town, they would have to be my first choice, unfortunately for me they were less than 5 minutes away and now are halfway across town! Makes it hard to get them more than i would like, especially with the parking lot at Macys being super small as it is. Do yourself a favor and give them a go!“
