About Thai Kitchen by Daoraung

Thai Kitchen by Daoraung, under new ownership, continues to offer a variety of vegan-friendly options like tofu satay and vegan poke bowl. The restaurant has brought back delicious Thai ingredients, enhancing flavors with Thai basil and Kaffir lime. The Thai iced tea with coconut milk remains a must-try. While prices can be high, side dish prices are reasonable, allowing for a mix and match for the best flavor combo. The space has been renovated, making it more appealing and clean. The restaurant is usually packed, a good sign of its popularity. Highly recommended dishes include Drunken Noodles, Pad Thai, Suki Hang, and crispy catfish. Customers can request different levels of spiciness to suit their preferences. Despite a bit of a wait for the food, the delicious dishes make it all worthwhile. Don't miss out on this gem in Porterville for some of the best Thai food in America.

They have the best Tai food I have ever had. I have tried other places in the area once but no one else can compare to theirs. I go there every time I go to Porterville. I wish there was one in Tulare.

Thai Kitchen in Porterville never disappoints, especially the drunken noodles. We went in on a Wednesday mid day our wonderful waitress, was very kind, respectful, and very well know with any questions or food recommendations. Made me and my family feel welcome from the moment we walked in. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure to check up on us without ever making us feel rushed. The food was amazing, and the portions were plenty to take home and have more the next day....read full review

Delicious, fresh food! We are so happy this is in Porterville.

This time we had Tom Yum, Drunken Noodles, Panang, and Salt & Pepper Tilapia. We went for lunch on a Thursday. The waitress was so sweet and the rest of the staff were lovely and friendly also. We ordered extra to have for dinner :)
