They charged us $8 extra which is not included when we ordered online .they didn’t show there prices online correctly.first and hopefully last time
If a customer is unhappy, then you don't argue and fight and tell them they are wrong. My husband and I have been coming to 369 Ramen for years (since you open) I have never been so offended till today. I'm sorry to say you lost 2 loyal customers. And I will not be recommending you at my office no longer.

They can't keep track of basic things like their orders. Ordered online and came in to pick up and they seem confused where the order is from but then they don't tell me that and make me wait another 10 minutes then ask me if I've been helped then take another 5 minutes trying to figure out the order, and I show them the online confirmation. And then they finally start on the order. What's the point of taking online orders if you don't know how to manage them?
Decent ramen for a reasonable price. Very good service. Nice staff.

Best beef ever since 2years I have come to the USA the best the best love it love it so tender so good,but what I don’t like is its sweet a bit,only thing I don’t like sweet meat,may be others love it over all I love the meat and quantity

Zen outta zen never gotta think about hit or miss with 369 ramen cuz it’s always a hit this one and the one at home in Moreno Valley so delicious
