It was an enjoyable dine-in experience. I had high expectations, hoping the dumplings would be freshly handmade since it’s called a dumpling house, but they didn’t seem freshly made. While they were still decent, they lacked the texture and flavor of authentic handmade dumplings.

That said, the rest of the meal was enjoyable, and the service was good. I just wish the dumplings lived up to the name!

All around a great place to eat with friends and family. We loved the scallion pancakes, steam dumplings, and the beef and green beans. Great value for your food. Service was great too. Definitely adding to my regular food shop list.

Joyee is one of our favorite dumpling places in the Poway/RB area. The food we've had has always been great, fresh tasting, and good value. If you aren't sitting down I would definitely recommend Joyee for take-out, especially their fried rice and chicken dumplings; the best I've had in the area and enough for a family. The staff are nice and attentive, and I'm always excited to try something from their menu.
