Absolutely Love our Better Buzz here in Poway. The staff is always so friendly, the drinks are consistently top-notch, and they do their best to serve the drinks quickly. Parking can be tricky right by the shop, but the large parking lot makes up for it, so you'll always find a spot. The breakfast sandwiches are delicious too. The restroom is clean, the tables are wiped down, and the napkins and utensils are always replenished. It's the little things that make a place great!

1st time ever here. I will say the place is pretty clean which makes me happy. Unfortunately I wasn't to impressed with the food menu. Not a whole lot of healthy options. So I had to modify my food but at least they were cool about it. I had the chili crunch breakfast wrap, it was okay. I had the horchata iced latte, not incredibly sugary like most of those specialty drinks but I'm good with that. I would like to give this place another chance but not sure if it's worth the $19ish dollars with tip for a single person meal.

This is my go to location, I always make sure to take my family when they visit from out of town. My dogs also love this place because pup cups! I also had a memorable experience with one of the girls who was expecting, she was super sweet, kind and respectful. Unfortunately this morning all good experiences went out the window, there was an older gentleman and a Hispanic girl who were completely rude to my husband. He was having a hard time hearing them at the voice box thing, he said when he pulled up the man seemed upset and had the tap machine sticking out of the window and the first thing he said was are you going to tip. If they were having issues with hearing him they could’ve simply asked him to pull up to the window and order rather than being angry over a technical inconvenience. My husband had just gotten off his 48 hour shift and was trying to do a kind gesture for me by surprising me with coffee.

Not sure what’s happened to this location but it’s declined severely in the last couple weeks. The crew on 11/11 was abysmal. The person making all the mobile and in house order drinks was woefully incapable of doing that job and just watched as the orders piled up. My drink was ultimately made wrong after it was sitting behind the counter waiting for ice for 10 minutes. Either staff up or hire better. This is one of the first luxuries people will cut when financial times get tougher and now I’ve got no reason to patronize this location.
I visited them several times (in stores/drive-thru/online order) but this time the employee was very rude starring at me like she doesn't understand what was I saying by having her headphones on. Also the coffee taste is very random
