Coconut shrimp over cooked. Veggies with lobster tacos were undercooked. Rock hard carrot. Green beans did not try. Service excellent. Clean interior. Octopus starter was good.

My wife and I were there on Monday, June 30, 2025, celebrating our wedding anniversary and cannot thank our server, "Kai Yuan H"enough. We were offered a complimentary dessert for our special occasion and even though we refused due to our low sugar diet restrictions, Kai did not give up on us and went "above and beyond" to serve us a beautiful low sugar dessert that was perfect for us and completed our amazing dining experience. On our way out, we waited to speak with her manager so we could let her know how happy we were with our server tonight and cannot thank Kai enough for making our wedding anniversary such a wonderful experience.

I was so happy here! I do not live in the area but needed a central point to meet my brother who lives in Ramona. Perfect! The restaurant is beautiful, quite large. The food is very good and the service is great. I'll be back!

Wonderful experience as usual! The noise level got high towards the end of our meal but it was a Friday so expected. The food was very good. Each of us loved what we had ordered.

The food was plentiful and a good value. Service was great. I love the new decor of restaurant.

It is nice these days to have friendly professional table service. The food is consistently good. We love the sand dabs. The portion is huge and this mild tasting fish is not usually on most menus. It's a bonus to have Brigantine in the neighborhood.

One of the best happy hours in Poway! The wagyu slider was perfectly cooked and the artichoke fritters never disappoint! Service was excellent. Only minus, pretty loud in the bar so conversation with 4 people was challenging but not impossible. We'll be back!

Only issue is that it is in a strip mall with only parking lot views. Food, service excellent. Happy Hour, great atmosphere.

Great food and very consistent. Nice atmosphere since their remodel. Bill is a great server and always takes wonderful care of us.

Originally wanted to sit in bar/lodge. Or patio, had reservations for bar/patio changed our mind's. Still during happy hour, so ask if happy hour was only in bar and lounge or throughout restaurant. I was told by two different staff that it was through out, doubled check again. so decided to go into back restaurant. Had a nice table, the waiter came and we were order drinks, didn't have my first choice wasn't on Menu though, so said happy hour wine, and ask what ever was on happy hour. He said didn't count where we were seated? I told him I was told it was to be. To late to change and wait for lounge! Needless to say, got taken on the drinks, just to let you know, your staff should be aware of happy hour rules. Thanks for listening.

The blackened salmon was excellent.

Update:
We went back for Happy Hour and was able to find a table. It's open seating and people were a bit aggressive grabbing tables.
We took advantage of the great happy hour menu and ordered lots of food and drinks. We were pretty happy with the service and food. Will definitely come back again.

We went for happy hour on a Wednesday night and the place was packed! They have just reopened after their remodel and word must have gotten out. Lol. People were standing by tables and grabbing them as soon as it's vacated.
Our group decided that we weren't up to the challenge and sat in the main dining room in the back instead. Bummer that we couldn't take advantage of the happy hour deals but there was a special on 50% off all bottles of wines in the dining room so we were happy with that.

Our server Thomas was great! We ordered the tasty shrimp and crab fondue, fried calamari, huge shrimp and crab cob salad, tender halibut, and shrimp and grits. For desserts, we split the bread pudding and the s'mores chocolate cake. Everything was delicious!

We had great service. The noise level was so high it was hard for the four of us to hear each other. The stuffed shrimp was over cooked and the vegetables were undercooked. The oyster rock was good and so was the ice cream pie. We never got any bread because they didn't have anymore.

Very nice place to eat, but too noisy in most areas.

Been to every Brig in town. By far this one has the best fish tacos of them all. Been coming to this location for years.
