Food is very good. They have a burrito with hot Cheetos in it, the Cheeto burrito is the best, they also have really good sous, I do recommend eating

Definitely a strange spot. Parties involving illicit drugs have been happening during the night here. Could be a front, could just be new management testing the waters. Whatever it is, I never really enjoyed the food soooo. Looks cool on the inside

Recently they started to have live music and host parties there. Never have them host a party, Manager is super unprofessional. She agrees to one thing and charges for way more different stuff and wont show her face because her business is “run by her employees.”

Drive-through speaker was broken so we were told to pull up to the window. The lady who took our order didn’t know any English, she just kept repeating Spanish sentences. It was so hard to order with the language barrier. She had to get the line cook to come to the window to verify the order was correct, and we just got a simple quesadilla and a burrito. The food tasted okay, we ordered carne Asada so thats all I can vouch on. Boyfriend said the sour cream tasted off. After reading the reviews, I’m a little scared for how tomorrow is going to go. I will say the sauce is very good, but not worth the risk for unsanitary environments, and mid food. Oh, also to add the receipt total for a quesadilla and a burrito was $27.28…… I recommend going somewhere else

I'd steer clear.... got food poisoning after eating the Carne asada fries. I've been to too many Mexican restaurants to count in my life, and I've never gotten food poisoning from Mexican food before this incident.

Waiting at the menu board, was told " Come to the window to give your order" went to the window. After 5 minutes, just left because no one ever came. This place looks really trashy and obviously they don't care about serving customers.

Terrible customer service. I walked in and waited almost 5 mins. The person working the counter didnt even acknowledge I was there. I finally left along with the person behind me. Here's a hint...if you're busy tell the customer you'll be right with them, and don't ignore them. Plenty of other taco shops in poway that have good and or great service. No need to go here for no service and high prices!! There was no one else eating in the place and only one car in the drive thru. I don't know how they stay in business...

Raspados are bombalicious! Come get 2, haha! Like a taco shop but they also serve ice cream. And if you don't know what a raspado is, try one. It is shaved ice with not kona syrup. They have flavors like coconut, walnut, strawberry, vanilla and they are not water based syrups. I can't express how fabulous they are, just go have one and thank me later.

Lots of bad reviews on here almost turned me away, but thank goodness I gave them a shot. We had a Carnitas Burrito and a Carne Asada burrito, and we both thought they were the best burritos we have ever had. The meat was so flavorful and juicy and perfectly seasoned. The tortilla was so good, why can’t you find a good tortilla in a store? I didn’t even need hot sauce or anything. And they were HUGE! We are done for the day ?. Highly recommend, so glad I didn’t drive on by!

We just found this great restaurant in Poway as we were in the area called CHAMOY, excellent service and their food was delicious!
