If you get food through drive through, make sure to double check your order. About 1/3 of the time my order is always missing item or wrong order. They either don't give any sauces, are missing 1 item, or the item is swapped. If you go inside to tell them, they tend to give you an attitude as if it were your fault.

Perhaps we came way too early for nuggets... they were soggy compared to other times of day/other locations. Everyone seemed tired and not friendly... the play area was out of commission as someone was cleaning it. Eventually my daughter got to play a little but over all, really weird experience and not on brand at all.

I'm a regular Chick-fil-A customer who visted the Poway, CA location several times recently. Food is good as always, but the restaurant is very dirty inside. Food and trash on the tables, chairs, and floors. Trash cans overflowing. Bathrooms messy with broken paper towel dispenser. Place seems fully staffed, but no one is cleaning anything. If the customer facing areas are this dirty, it makes you wonder what the food prep areas are like.
