Perhaps we came way too early for nuggets... they were soggy compared to other times of day/other locations. Everyone seemed tired and not friendly... the play area was out of commission as someone was cleaning it. Eventually my daughter got to play a little but over all, really weird experience and not on brand at all.

I'm a regular Chick-fil-A customer who visted the Poway, CA location several times recently. Food is good as always, but the restaurant is very dirty inside. Food and trash on the tables, chairs, and floors. Trash cans overflowing. Bathrooms messy with broken paper towel dispenser. Place seems fully staffed, but no one is cleaning anything. If the customer facing areas are this dirty, it makes you wonder what the food prep areas are like.

I don't usually write reviews but man after a long wait in the drive through I then didn't get any sauce or condiments at all. Not even a straw. Wow not to mention feeling like I was a bother to them at the window when I finally got to it. Maybe they were having a bad day? Must of been contagious. That was the rest of my day. All bad 😞
