The cookies were fabulous the employees were great but the wait due to the large amount of customers was way to long even when order was placed on website I would definitely check out the wait time ahead of time before ordering again
I placed an order here by mistake for my birthday reward and went to pick up at another location. I called and they were so kind as to call their other store for me, so I could redeem my reward there. So I can't rate the food at this location, but 5 stars for customer service.
I would just like to say that Tanya and Paula are the kindest, sweetest and amazing employees i have ever encountered at Crumbl, and I genuinely from the bottom of my heart thank them for their customer service tonight. I hope that all crumbl's customers get to experience them! Thank you so much, ladies!
