Best cookies on earth...Heaven in a pink box!! Outstanding service at the Poway store- I was in an extreme hurry but decided to risk dropping in to grab a 4-pack as a gift. Upon entering the store, I counted 12 other people and thought uh-oh. I walked straight up the the clerk and let her know I was in a real hurry, ordered a 4-pack plus a single, paid, and no joke- within 30 seconds she had my order and called my name!! I couldn't believe it but my entire length of visit...
A rough week. Went in on a Friday around 3:30 and they were completely out of the featured cookies. Their machine wasn’t working but they were trying to keep everyone in good spirits. Disappointed they didn’t have either of the cookies I was looking for but the ones I did get were good.
Cookies here are always amazing. Staff is friendly. Can get quite busy at times, but more often than not it is a relatively short wait. Regardless staff is always nice even when they are sometimes clearly understaffed (especially at night).
