The guy gave me a wrong pizza, when I ask him to change it , he said I’m working on it, after 15 minutes when I ask can you give me an estimate waiting time? He dropped my pizza to trashcan!!! This guy is absolutely sick

Just ordered delivery. I ordered pizza, a side, and extra sauces (ranch) I got them all!!!!! No delivery anywhere (in the fast food circuit) gives you either the sauce or amount of sauce you order…. Amazing; I literally got what I ordered. 5 stars for sure. Thank you Dominos! Your driver was super sweet!!

COULDN'T quite decide between this or another competitor but this location made it pretty easy going forward. Ive never had a pizza that was tasteless and skinpy on the toppings as this location. It's as if they were afraid to put sauce, and toppings on it which made it totally tasteless. I ordered online and added delivery, gave a decent tip because the delivery person didn't make the pizza. Wish you well but, I will NEVER order from this place again #dobetter

Just the worst...I realize running a business in CA right has to be galacticlly impossible...but Jesus it's pizza...when someone orders double cheese and double pepp and onion....make it that way. Dominos Poway do better

1 hour and a half later we received our dried out pizza, with barely any cheese, or sauce. This is the third time in recent memory food has been terrible. It was disgusting. I vowed to not darken the doors again .Saving grace, spoke with the manager and they refunded my order. First, he tried to get away with offering me a free pizza next time. I said , "I think I'll take a refund." Dominoes was doing well, coming back, but it has quickly become the worst again. Next time, I'm ordering local.

I ordered online curbside delivery checked in showed up no curb sign went inside apparently one of the drivers took my order to deliver it and brought it back. Juan Apparently the manager hung up on me three 4 times when I called just to confirm My order and make sure they were gonna make it well done in with Extra sausage never got the order curbside had to go inside the store and find all this out and JUAN The. manager. Told me if I didn't like the pizza to call corporate or report to someone else. He was not going to help And I did not get curbside delivery.my pizza did not have Extra sausage.
The manager at this Domino’s Had a really bad attitude order the pizza Ordered some Parmesan bites cheese bread Said it would be out in 30 minutes it took them over an hour and five minutes if you like Domino’s don’t go to the one in Poway on Poway road Then the same manager not really under her breath said if we didn’t like the way or the amount oftime it was thinking we get our food then we should go to Costco and get pizza So I will never be going back to this Domino’s have second thoughts about eating at dominoes anywhere

Domino’s service in poway are wonderful. I came in on 9/22. Placed my order and the service was so kind and pleasant so I asked to tips the pizza maker but they said I can’t tips with credit card but only online. Kinda bummer. My food came out great! ?

Literally the BEST dominoes pizza I have ever had. I ordered a barbecue chicken pizza and it came out so delicious, so crispy yet so soft and even fluffy and it was amazing. I called the store and gave them a compliment. It was the best dominoes experience I have ever had so I decided to write a review as well. These guys did a great job. I’ve never ordered from this dominoes before I was just passing by after work but I will literally be returning because they made the pizza so good and I loved every bite. Keep up the good work. I took a picture of my pizza as well. When I opened the box I was like wow…. This looks so good. But it tasted twice as good. Very impressed. I gave the last slice to a friend and didn’t say anything and guess what… my friend started saying the exact same things I was saying about the pizza and she had it 2 hours later when it was cold!!!!
