The service I received was highly unsatisfactory. Exceptional customer service is paramount for any business or organization, and unfortunately, this establishment fell significantly short of that standard. The staff spoke to me disrespectfully and exhibited rudeness. While I understand that everyone can have an off day, it is unacceptable to direct such behavior towards paying customers. When I brought this issue to the attention of management, they dismissed my concerns as inconsequential. Given this experience, it is extremely unlikely that I will return, and I cannot recommend this place to others.

The service I received was absolutely terrible. The attendants were incredibly rude and disrespectful throughout my visit. It's disheartening to encounter such unprofessional behavior from a business that prides itself on customer service. I would strongly advise against be a costumer of Everbowl - Poway if you expect to be treated with even a basic level of respect.

This place has gone so downhill. Ever since they changed the prices and jacked up the menu, everything became much worse. Now they only have one person working at a time and it takes forever if there’s a few people ahead of you. $13+ for an açaí bowl is insane. Avoid

This place has always been our go to for açaí bowls!! I love their Berry squared bowl!! This location has been our favorite since they were one of the first Everbowls we tried... we always compare it to other locations - the bowls always seem different... not sure why!! Maybe it's just a preference to this location

I love this place but have been routinely disappointed you can't keep the Chewie flavor stocked. This has happened to me in 3 locations. I would buy from you much more often and I'm sure others would too. Also sadly your phone doesn't get picked up so I can't call to find out beforehand.

Came in 35 minutes before close. Girl mumbled "sh*t" quietly under her breath that she had to do one more order. Wasn't able to see any of the toppings because she closed everything up in hopes of getting ahead on the closing. 5 stars because I love Everbowl. One life lesson I have for the girl working though; We all love finishing up work early, but for gods sake be an adult for 5 more minutes without making others feel like they're the problem when there's still a solid half hour left on the clock before you should actually be complaining. I've worked in the food industry, I get it, but you will go so much further in life if you can muster up the mental strength to not be a lazy turd and finish your shift with some dignity. Wish you all the best. P.S. I forgot to add the cinnamon apples because I couldn't see the toppings which I'm sure will make you feel better knowing.

Yesterday Thursday November 2 at around 1:30 we arrived. Door unlocked we walked in but no employees to be seen. We waited a few minutes and several times in loud voices said hello. We actually peeked through the back curtain but didn't see anyone. After a few minutes we left since there was no one to help us. Who thought it was a good idea to leave the door unlocked and go wherever they went. What a complete mess.

I am restricted to reviewing the Classic Everbowl. That's all I am capable of ordering. It's that good!Built on a really excellent Açaí is a really good Granola and just right strawberries, banana and blueberriesI am sure their other bowls are probably wonderful. Chances are I'm missing out on some great bowls. Problem is, I can't imagine why I would ever get a good enough reason to stray. Classic Everbowl. That's my favorite! The app is convenient. Order ahead and it works really well. My only 'suggestion'? The App Icon is almost an exact replica of Speedtest. Freaky similar.

They ran out of Nutella and said they weren’t getting it back. It’s possible the worker was wrong but I don’t know.Parking: Plenty of parking nearby but not too much up front.

I havent been to Everbowl since Covidade them close their doors . I missed it a lot so finally decided to go back a lot of things have changed for the better and a few for the not so better . Over all this location is nice , staff was decently friendly . As well service was quick and responsive . I do like there is size options now compared to pre-Covid . How ever the açaí quality doesn't taste the same as it use to it seems to have gone down hill , not as fresh as it use to be . To the point where I'm not happy spending my money there anymore . I miss how you can choose what you wanted blended in the açaí ex like oat milk hemp seed etc . Now they scoop it out and you get whatever how it comes besides make your own topping choices . Totally understand move things along quickly but if it means loosing customers due to cutting corners no thanks . I prefer quality over quantity such as a place like this being healthy . Will sadly miss the old Everbowl quality .
