There seems to be a change in management or staff at this location. There have been consistent issues with the recent take out orders. Ordered Giant sub, received regular. Order steak sandwich, received with chicken. Is it really that hard to have a sandwich done correctly?

Food crumbs are all over the place, and drink spill right inside the entrance. There are four people working and not so busy. Why don’t they clean it up? I don’t think I’ll come back here anymore.

I love this jersey mikes! The employees, especially Josh and Dayna! They can remember the orders easily and put love into my heavenly sandwich. I just went with my dad and they were very helpful and funny. Ok and of course I had to give some tasty food to my dog! Duh he loves pepperoni. His insta: rockets_ranch !

My daughter and I came in and did that thing where it takes forever to order because we're also ordering for my son and wife at home so we only have notes of what they want. Dana and Josh were awesome in being patient and helpful. They both were very positive and I really appreciated their excellent service. Also the food is great!

I had visited six weeks or so ago and was so disappointed with my food that I felt obliged too contact customer service. Well Brock emailed me back and encouraged me to give them another chance.I went there last night and what a difference between my last visit, and this one. I had the best sandwich I've ever had. It was so good in fact I contacted customer service to let them know, and ask where I could leave a review.

Very good Jersey Mike's experience today 9/29/23, so good in fact that I regret not snapping a pic of my #9, roast beef, turkey, bacon with swiss (Mike's Way with jalapeños and cherry pepper relish)! Man I was starving and I scarfed! You know that viral sandwich hack about buffalo sauce and chipotle mayo? I tried it and liked it. A lot. Very happy people work here and it's infectious. I'll be back. Also special thanks to the cool dude who gave me coupons as I walked in the door. Buy one sando and get second free! Boom.

I love taking their sandwiches to go.They have the oil and vinegar, and the classic red pepper sauce in containers all ready set for later to put on your Sub.
Love Jersey Mikes they seem to be consistent which ever one I go to always fresh and fast. They are always super nice and friendly. So much better then Subway for about the same price.

I had chicken phillystake sandwich. It was good but lacking in seasoning. Some of the chicken pieces were tasted too chickeney. I believe there's definitely a scope for improvement.

When you order online, and they give you the option to customize each sandwich, that sounds like you're off to a good start. So we ordered five sandwiches, four of which were "made to order". They only got one wrong, but they left off the bacon, which is something that should never be done. Worse still, when my daughter arrived (a few minutes early) to pick them up, they hadn't even been started yet. She had to wait about 10 minutes more than the promised ready time. The properly made sandwiches were tasty, but $65 is pricey for five sandwiches. About $6 of that was for gluten free bread. Not a huge amount of confidence in trying them again.

This place never disappoints! This is my 3rd time here and Have always had great customer service from their team, particularly today from Angelina and Christopher. They were very courteous, friendly and Definitely made my sandwich to perfection! Highly recommend this location. Thanks guys!
