Went to this location today with a friend and my baby. We had the most PLEASANT interaction and service from Will B! My Cali Club hit the spot and the baby enjoyed it as well.

Came in at 1:40pm today. White lady mid 30’s that was taking orders had terrible attitude the entire time. Looked like she wanted to just walk out and go home. I’ll make sure not to come to this location to avoid terrible service.

When you are out of ice and your machine is down on a busy Sunday, a few options:
1. Fix the machine 2. Make sure the beverages being dispensed are actually Cold! 3. Make the customer aware that said ice machine is broken so they could buy a cold drink & not spend $4 on lukewarm options 4. Offer the drink for free
Bonus option…maybe walk over to the grocery outlet and buy some bags of ice….

Jay was so nice and warm when I ordered my food today and he answered my questions clearly with a smile. Today is Sept 13, 2024 I went there around 6pm. The other staff with him needs to smile more like him. It brings joy to us customers but all in all they tried their best to be nice. Just more smiles is my comment but they were all doing their best. Kudos to Jay!!!

I love Jersey Mikes and get it often to share with my family. I have NEVER had an experience like this before. A couple months ago, I'm just getting around to leaving this review, I walked up to the counter and there was a young woman organizing the meat directly in front of me, she did not even look up and completely ignored me. There were two young gentlemen making sandwiches for other guests at the time. I stood there for a few minutes and then she eventually came over and asked me what I wanted I told her I wanted two large subs and got more into specifics and she stopped me saying they will help you with the rest, she was very off putting and gave off a negative vibe. Every time I have gone to Jersey Mike's the workers have been extremely friendly and welcoming, so this was very unlike any staff I have encountered at Jersey Mike's even at this location. The young guys were very nice, one asked her a question, so I assume she was a leader of some sort, she was very condescending to him and the way she answered it made it sound like she thought he was an idiot. You could tell the young guys were not very happy working with her. I got to the register and she started packing my sandwiches, she pushed her whole arm against the sandwich absolutely smashed them down when wrapping them. I asked for the oils on the side, she tossed them loosely in the bag, which ended up leaking and making a mess, usually they stack them and wrap them nicely and set them in carefully. She made me feel uncomfortable the whole time I spoke to her. I really hope she is not a leader and if she was/is she should absolutely not be, she shouldn't even be working there. I only gave one star for service since the guys were nice. 4 stars for food since it was smashed, which made the bread more dense. To say I was appalled at this experience is an understatement. It makes me not want to go to this location again, which is disappointing.
