Jay was so nice and warm when I ordered my food today and he answered my questions clearly with a smile. Today is Sept 13, 2024 I went there around 6pm. The other staff with him needs to smile more like him. It brings joy to us customers but all in all they tried their best to be nice.
Just more smiles is my comment but they were all doing their best.
Kudos to Jay!!!

First time trying Jersey Mike's sandwiches. Sarah made my sandwich, what a lovely young lady. With her exceptional customer service she made my visit very pleasant. Will go back soon.

We had a great experience with the customer service at the Poway location. The girl who was helping us was very patient with my 8 year old daughter while she was ordering her sandwich, even though my daughter took longer than most. There were a few people in line behind us, and the Jersey mikes associate wasn’t bothered, stressed and managed to engage in conversation. That is great customer service. And the food is great too!
