The employees are unfriendly, unhelpful and rude. I ordered 2 extra crispy chicken breasts and one was normal sized. The second one was half coated rib bones with meat equivalent to about 1/4th a regular breast. They were unconcerned and suggested I tell corporate. I let it go as obviously not big on customer service. Worst of all when I went to the restroom to wash my hands it had an overpowering smell of sewer gas to the point where I could hardly breathe and got a headache. When I told employee he was aware of it, said had been a problem for quite a while and they had tried putting stuff down down the floor drain but it didn't help. I asked if they had called a plumber and he said no....was up to manager and hadn't. I will never go to this location again.

I'm not a fan of crispy chicken strips anywhere. There is always too much breading and the meat tends to be dried out. So when KFC advertised new, original flavor chicken tenders I rushed to go try them. (I am a big fan of their original flavor.) They did not disappoint. The taste was true to their original chicken flavor and the strips were moist throughout. They were also real, long strips, not the "little" slider sandwich size. If the quality of this item remains the same, they have a real winner here. I am literally craving the taste and will plan a return trip very soon. My rating in a word? Yummy!

Value Box picture shows leg, thigh, mashed potatoes and biscuit. They tell me you only get 2 drumsticks, not a thigh and drumstick. 7:30 PM order time. The original recipe drumsticks were over fried, skin was crusty dry and were probably hours old. Their chicken is total garbage now. It doesn’t resemble KFC chicken one bit.It’s GARBAGE! They couldn’t care less.

Worst KFC experience ever. ordered on app and wrong selection went in, wanted 8pc drumsticks & thighs and got all drumsticks which were disgusting. Stone Cold on p/up despite having a 2:30 time arrived 2:33. Skin leathery, asked to rebook and told 30 min. wow, but wife said wait. Next batch same leathery and hard, came off the legas a single piece like a boot. Had none of the texture KFC is known for. Shift supervisor & manager were totally indifferent. WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN. Even complaint line chiseled me with only $10 refund on a $19 bill.

Great food! First time trying KFC in years, and their new menu items are amazing. The Smash'd potato bowl and the pot pie are actually really good, I'd recommend trying it out. Their chicken breasts and drums are still as good as they've always been, but the chicken sandwich is a bit underwhelming.
