Great food! First time trying KFC in years, and their new menu items are amazing. The Smash'd potato bowl and the pot pie are actually really good, I'd recommend trying it out. Their chicken breasts and drums are still as good as they've always been, but the chicken sandwich is a bit underwhelming.

I'm a customer who lives right across the street from the KFC on Poway. I went there I told him the number one breast and Wing Krispy meal with coleslaw and a small Pepsi and they gave me a theigh and a leg I went back and gave him that back and got the right food they are not too bright.. just please check your bag before you leave the parking lot so you make sure you got the right

I knew when I walked in and the place smelled like ass I should have walked out. Got the new chicken nuggets meal. Fries were to salty to eat and the nuggets were way to dry and chewy for me. Been a long time since I've been to KFC but I won't be back. Bye

Drive through is not wide enough because of a huge sign by the dumpsters and I ruined my tires because I had no room to get by. Poway, CA location.Parking: Drive through sign blocking drive through as you leave the window. Turn left and bam huge sign in the way so it’s too tight of a squeeze to get out.

Many reviews / people told me the kfc recipe has gone down hill. Unfortunately, this is true.Got the extra crispy chicken, the skin was not crispy. The flavor was decent, but definitely not as good as I remember.Service was terrible. I was the only customer. I walked in and made eye contact with 2 staff members behind the counter but they continued to chat about their life stories. After awhile one of them finally took my order. Fast food workers complain about losing their jobs to technology but can't even do their job.

KFC is now serving a classic chicken sandwich & secret recipe fries!!!! OMG, they're delicious. Simple ingredients, fresh chicken & fries. Finally able to eat at KFC again since they discontinued grilled chicken.

I got totally ripped off!I ordered a five piece tender meal. It was $15. It was not good. French fries were cold they would not make me new ones. KFC's brand to me seems to be circling the toilet.
