Great service here! A group of us was in for dinner on a week night to celebrate a birthday. The waiter heard and brought out a slice of cake for us! It is not something they usually do, especially Chinese restaurants. The staff was really nice and friendly. Made all the difference between a good dining experience and a great one.
We ordered a few dishes for dinner and had it family style. We like all the dishes we ordered. They were able to make modifications to the dishes. For example we asked for chicken chow fun instead of the usual beef chow fun. No problem! There are a lot of vegetarian options. It was one of the reasons why we picked this restaurant. One person in our party was a vegetarian, another was gluten free, another doesn't eat beef... there was something for everyone!

So happy to have more halal options open in San Diego. Ma’s House has always been a family favorite and was so happy to hear when they opened the new location in Poway. The staff is very friendly and nice, I want to give a special mention to Kenny whose service and friendliness makes the restaurant more welcoming and inviting to be in and enjoy.

Great food and service but the Dinner menu has no choices for a full meal. More of an ala carte deal. No options for a small soup or rice. Soup or rice is $15 each
Our first time trying Ma's House. We were pleasantly surprised by the restaurant's atmosphere. Very Zen. The food was sizzling when it came out and cooked to perfection. The house special chicken was delish. I am so glad Poway now has Ma's! This will easily become a staple for us.
