I’m just amazed that our McDonald’s in AZ don’t have the quality food as San Diego .This place has flies , tables are not clean I have to call one of the staff to clean it , they scream the numbers , and the smell is like a bathroom smell omg!
In San Diego , clean , pleasant stuff , hot food served , you can taste the freshness of the food and the servers are pleasant .
So my question is why is the quality of the food of McDonald’s here in AZ poor ? Btw, the location of McDonald’s I am talking about is at north country club and mesa drive !!!

This McD's sucks. The last 3 ordrs have been incorrect and overall unedible. Tonight was the final straw and of course they do not answer their phone it rings off the hook. First time it was a sausage mc griddle and we got a sausage egg and cheese mc griddle (didn’t answer the phone then either).. next time it was french fries that were not even cooked (soggy and full of oil - manager handed that order out the window cause they were pushing them thru with a long line of cars, tonight again..and they don't/won't answer the phone. Ordered a chicken mcnugget 6 pc happy meal, got home 45 mins later in traffic to open it up and get a special order hamburger with no onions add cheese. The price of a HM with 6pc chicken nuggets is a lot more expensive then that hamburger I showed up with. Stay away from this McDs.. half the time in the AM on the way to work they can only serve drinks because they have no cook for breakfast items. Owner, McD's corporate needs to look into this restaurant!! And if your phone is RINGING!! ANSWER IT!! Drive thru guy kept yelling where is my food.. and complaining the drink machine was having issues. Maybe he should have been doing some QC before sending orders out his window.

Honestly quite disappointed with the experience. The food quality isn’t like before. I ordered a double cheeseburger and it was surprisingly tiny. The only saving grace was the fries which were hot and fresh, and the service which was friendly. Sadly, McDonald’s just doesn’t feel the same anymore.

This is my favor McDonald's because their is plenty of parking space, good service and they always keep the place so clean and tidy. The workers are very nice too, they treat the place like their own store and always willing to help.

We go to this McDonald’s at least once a week. We usually do not have any issues. Went thru the drive thru at 5:30 pm on Tuesday, 9/9/25. Sat in a long line which seemed like forever with a hangry toddler who was losing his mind. Highly unusual for this location. Went to the first window where we always pay, Hispanic woman was in there but on the phone. No eye contact, no communication whatsoever, didn’t even open the window. Sat there for several minutes. I finally got her attention & signaled if I needed to drive up to the next window. She shook her head yes. Um ok that would have been nice to know 5 minutes earlier. Get to the second window to pay, asked the Hispanic male working what was going on. He said there was no one there? Huh? Told him how I sat at the last window for several minutes and it just would have been nice to know that I needed to come to this window because someone WAS at the first window. He just replied, “yea she’s trying to fix something “. No apology, had an attitude with me & was not even really listening to me, just continued making drinks or whatever he was doing. A simple apology would of went a long way instead of having an attitude with us. And if that woman in the first window just would have directed people to pull to the next window maybe the line wouldn’t have been so backed up.

What it comes down to with McDonald’s is the overall value for the food and do I get the deal when I want it how I want it served when I want it how I like it chances are one of these are gonna be off if not all of them today, I went into McDonald’s looking for a deal. I’m just french fries and maybe even just a small cheeseburgerrealizing that the only reason why I would order such a small thing is they don’t get anything right I’ll only trust them with the smallest amount of business only to be found out and realize that they don’t even have the deal that I want so I have to write them a total failure totally dissatisfied for even stopping in and walking 15 minutes. out of my way. newspapers will even tell me that this is becoming to all two more familiar vibe visiting them out of McDonald’s abroad
