This store needs new management. It's been very slow for drive-thru pick and online orders. Even walk-in is terrible. They will always instruct you to wait in a different parking spot even when nobodys behind you. After they give u a # to park at expect to wait 10-20mins. Employees are just milking it. It's been like this for a while now, so I'm finally writing a review. There are other McDonald's with fewer employees than can move much faster. This store has enough staff, everyone is all over the place.

said we cancelled the order when we didnt so we ordered again and asked for a refund to the card. gave us refund in quarters and when we got the food, they completely messed up the order and didnt give any condiments we asked for

Worst drive thru service I've ever experienced. I was skipped 4 times in the double drive thru. Everything I tried to order I was told to wait. I ended up backing out of the drive thru and leaving.

I saw withmy own eyes. A male employee use the bathroom and didn't wash his hands. And when I talked to the manager, she said that that guy is on his break. This shouldn't be an excuse for not washing hands after using the bathroom.

I was in drive thru, I was saying hello for them to listen my order. I called " hello" more than 15 times but they didn't even take my order till the end, I was surprised why they took the order behind me... When I was asking to take my order at the end, she talks in Spanish with other guy??I did not know till the end that Mexican lady showed racism on me but took the order behind my car. It was very disrespectful and disappointing to know that how bad McDonald's customer service is??!!
