Nutrimart Poway - Supplement Store San Diego

I’ve tried to come to this location 3 different times now (different days and times during their open hours) and there’s been a sign on the window saying they are closed until the person working is back. They need better scheduling and have the appropriate staffing and follow their open timeframes. I’ve driven out of my way 3 times now for them to be closed because the person working the front left the building during open hours. This isn’t how you should run a business. Do not recommend to waste your time to chance if someone will be at the store or not.

Alan’s always great to talk to and ask questions. He’s friendly and his prices are competitive. My go-to shop for supplements.

Don't usually bother writing reviews. But the man who rang me up deserves it. My experience was smooth, I felt like he genuinely cared about my fitness goals and recommended me a product based on that rather than to make a plain sale. I will be back.

Alan is a fantastic owner and his pricing is competitive. The negative reviews below are clearly from people who do not properly plan out their days. Sorry he wasn't open at the exact moment you needed him to be(boo hoo). Nutrimart poway pricing is far more competitive than Amazon for what I consume (protein / pre workout) and I would recommend people shop here in person before buying online

Would definitely recommend anyone to come here to get their protein supplements. The shop has cheaper prices compared to online. Another thing I like about this shop that is has a small selection. This small shop carries only a select few of reputable brands which makes it easier to choose especially for those who aren't familiar with fitness supplements. The clerk who helped me was very nice and well informed about the products that they sold. Will come again.

Stopped by about 3 pm and shop was closed. Wednesday August 3, no notice or reason posted. Ironically, the hours were posted on the door. Called to see if anyone would answer (possibly forwarded to another store) and no answer. Not a good way to build clientele.

Wecomed immediately as i walked in , very helpful staff and well knowledgable on products . They have a variety of products to choose from. And if course, if you go to LA FITTNESS, its right next door.

Never opens on time been there ten ten and the doors are open. That is not how to run a business.

Best customer service around and they always have such a wide variety of products at the best prices around! The owner Larry is so nice and knowledgeable about all the products on the market! The only place I will o to get my supplements!

I didn't go here with the previous owner, but I have heard that the old owner wasn't good at all. It is under new ownership for those that may have run across him before. My experience here was just fine, and they had some stuff I couldn't get at GNC and my protein was cheaper. I've been back two more times since my initial visit.
