My dad and I are always looking for a good French dip and I found one while having lunch with friends at Papa Duke's in Poway. Large sandwich, good bread and tons of good roast beef that was lean and not any grissle. I asked for horseradish and additional au jus. Staff is very pleasant. Parking is limited at lunchtime.
We’ve been wanting to try this place for weeks and we finally had some time on the weekend to stop by. Parking was easy and the employees were super helpful and just happy to be there. Food was amazing. We’ve had a few sandwiches and a few types of pizza, all delicious. We’ve been there 2 weekends in a row now, and I have a feeling it will be our normal weekend spot.
What a fantastic dinner! We were celebrating a promotion and wanted somewhere special — this restaurant delivered. The crab cakes were crispy on the outside, soft and flavorful inside. I had the duck breast, which was juicy with a delicious glaze. The desserts were also excellent — try the crème brûlée! Prices reflect the quality. Totally worth it.
