Sometimes a drink varies from location to location. But how bad can it be. It is just coffee, syrups, ice... Right? Wrong. Turns out that it can be pretty bad. I ordered a slightly customized Frappuccino. What I got was a watered down latte with (I guess) a few pumps of vanilla syrup, and a ton of ice, not Frapp-like or crushed ice, just regular ice. It was not even good. Barely tasted of coffee, just cream. $9.75 for that. I guess that is what Starbucks's CEO meant with steering away from drinks that are not (traditional) coffee drinks. If that is the plan to improve the share price, good luck. Note: I ordered online. The interaction during the pick-up was good. I give two stars to "service" because I assume the drink fiasco was caused by the failure of the baristas to care at all about the actual order, and just came up with whatever they felt like.
Parking: Might be a bit full if during shopping rush hour, but you can still find a spot

Another Starbucks with no seating space and clearly preferring online to in-person orders. I ordered a coffee drink in person and just left because of the slew of online orders and the obvious preference of the store of having no human interaction with their clientele. In their ever-expanding thirst for profits, Starbucks is clearly moving to a coffee dispensary with standing robots preparing your orders rather than becoming a coffee shop again.

My favorite drink is a venti ice caramel maquiado. Some times i get more ice than coffe my cup is not even full and some times my coffe tastes like caramel milk istead of coffe i though is suposed to be 3 shoots of espresso on a venty , i know when my coffe have been reduce i still gonna go im regular customer and i know when my drink it is not been do it rigth . If they trying to reduce the ingredients they gonna loose alot of customers. I want to know if im the only one that experienced this , we are coffe lovers and we gonna go where they serve good coffe

Remodeled to remove all indoor seating. If you want a place to sit and chill with your coffee, plan on sitting outside and enjoying all the traffic noise. Strangely, the employee said they kicked everyone out because people only order mobile now. Yet, there were literally 12 people sitting around outside drinking their costly drinks. First and last visit to this one. On a positive note, the barista was pleasant. I was probably the only person who spoke to him all day.

I got to hear allllllllll about the fascinating social life between the manager and a random customer, while the manager stood by the espresso station blocking other employees from making drinks! And after my drink was made, i went back to get it fixed, where i got to feel the experience of being a barista myself! They handed me the ingredients and told me to make it myself. (In case it was not obvious, this was entirely sarcasm. Put it as 5 stars so it shows on the front page)

Around 11am 12/16/2023, I didn't catch her name (no name tag) but she was wearing a different colored apron than the rest of the employees.. she was so incredibly kind to a man with disabilities. Went above and beyond to be the absolute sweetest and engage in conversation with him. She warmed my heart and I feel she should be recognized for her kindness, tact and overall ethic.

Daniel was absolutely amazing! Super friendly and he seemed so happy to do his job. I thought it was really nice how he announced each drink he was working on so we knew what drink was about to come out. He also gave me recommendations that he thought would improve my drink and he was really knowledgeable about the flavors and how ingredients mix to give you exactly what you want. He made our day!
