Manager sits next to the counter and says that they can not do something… something that every other Starbucks on this planet will happily do… I wanted extra ice, and asked if the larger size, even offered to pay for it…that even the cashier is saying that they can… she talks about customers like they are not there… the work around was they gave me a free side of ice… how insane do you have to be…
They gave me the extra large of ice… so they wasted literally 2 cups when they could’ve just given me one…
That manager honestly needs to be fired… waste of resources, waste of time, energy, effort, and to be that condescending and rude in front of customers is just so unacceptable

That's a venti. The top two inches was foam. There was very little drink in this drink. It was all ice and foam. I got like three sips. They aren't cheap. They closed the Starbucks I used to go to. My drinks were good there. I think I'm just going to give up in Starbucks.

I was here yesterday and I got a black coffee. Simple order, it was too hot and it was burned coffee. One job you all have. I’ll try out better buzz down the street ✌️

This is your typical drive thru focused Starbucks, the inside is lacking and THE MUSIC IS TOO LOUD. Why do they isolation turning up the volume and AC to level 10 in. Starbucks.

Was in the drive thru for 30 min Sunday afternoon. I wanted my coffee for Sunday not Monday morning! It's coffee not rocket science. All the other Starbucks drive thrus are way more efficient than this one really come on folks get it together!!

I ordered a green matcha tea and they gave me a cup almost filled with ice I only took three drinks from my matcha tea after I asked easy on the eyes they still did it

Drive through scam-Stay away- dishonest employees in drive thru!!!
Went through drive thru at Starbucks while on vacation. My Credit card was ran by employee three times as female employee stated it ‘wasn’t working’. Used another card to pay as she said the original credit card ‘wouldn’t work’. Then I checked credit card charges and I was charged twice. I was on vacation and per Starbucks customer service I should fly back to get a refund!?!? They offered zero help. Absolutely horrible service- shady employees- STAY away
