I was here yesterday and I got a black coffee. Simple order, it was too hot and it was burned coffee. One job you all have. I’ll try out better buzz down the street ✌️

This is your typical drive thru focused Starbucks, the inside is lacking and THE MUSIC IS TOO LOUD. Why do they isolation turning up the volume and AC to level 10 in. Starbucks.

Was in the drive thru for 30 min Sunday afternoon. I wanted my coffee for Sunday not Monday morning! It's coffee not rocket science. All the other Starbucks drive thrus are way more efficient than this one really come on folks get it together!!

I ordered a green matcha tea and they gave me a cup almost filled with ice I only took three drinks from my matcha tea after I asked easy on the eyes they still did it

Drive through scam-Stay away- dishonest employees in drive thru!!!
Went through drive thru at Starbucks while on vacation. My Credit card was ran by employee three times as female employee stated it ‘wasn’t working’. Used another card to pay as she said the original credit card ‘wouldn’t work’. Then I checked credit card charges and I was charged twice. I was on vacation and per Starbucks customer service I should fly back to get a refund!?!? They offered zero help. Absolutely horrible service- shady employees- STAY away

I always have the best experience at this store, all the baristas are extremely helpful and nice especially Travis who is so kind and patient, they just pull me back every time.
We went here last December in winter and we got a bacon gouda & egg sandwich, a chai tea, one signature hot chocolate with a snowman cookie. I came here in the early morning in my pjs with my cousin. Not much people but some. The food was delicious but sadly the cookie fell and sunken into the hot chocolate. A few minutes later my mom had arrived unexpected. We were enjoying our morning drinks as it was cold outside. The service was great and staff were friendly. The room wasn’t as spacious but there’s plenty of seating. The tables and chairs were very clean. Noise level was a bit quiet because of the machines staff were using. Around Starbucks was some buildings like Green Please, the fitness place, dance studios, and more. Then another time we went here and its most likely the same. Very nice and clean.

I was going to call in but figured this is best. Just from someone who also works in customer service based job, prior to handing over customers order, please check & make sure its what the customer ordered especially those drive thru as most times those customers are in rush. Ordered the bacon, egg & gouda sandwich and after drove away got to my destination, was so disappointed my sandwich had NO BACONVERY rare occasion I did NOT check my order since only 1 sandwich n not my whole familyPaid the price, did not receive what I should've gotten.

Staff is not friendly. Usually stop by once a week, but now considering to change my coffee spot. This last time I heard a manager raise their voice which made me feel uncomfortable. Just noticed other reviews of this location sharing this place is not friendly.

Before you make my drink or even swipe my card your machine wants to know how much I’m going to tip. For a service you haven’t even performed yet. Can I change my tip if the drink sucks? No of course not.
