So I had an amazing experience here.My app showed a new drink that just came out called a lemonade lavender love and when I pulled up to the drive thru they didn't know about it but she had me read the description and they made one for me. The amazing barista said they used 4 scopes of lavender. I loved it, and once again, Starbucks baristas have done it again, verifying professionalism and amazing service and people skills. I am very happy and I will be back again.

I like the environment and setup... but that's pretty much it.The service my first time coming here was just god awful. I arrive around 7:30 AM for a grande caramel brule latte, and it takes 45 minutes just to wait for a simple order. Apparently my purchase UPFRONT at the cash register didn't even register to the employees cause as I was waiting, everyone else's orders were coming through. I even had to show my digital receipt that I PAID for my drink.Like... what?? I was here earlier than a lotta other guests! Not to mention the employees were asking if my order was mobile....it wasn't. It's almost like mobile orders get priority and the upfront orders are second-rate citizens or ignored...Next time I come here I'm just not gonna tip until the employees get their act together...

This is actually my favorite Starbucks out of all the others near me. I always use the drive thru and even if its pretty busy the line moves really quick. They always get my drink right, all the employees are super nice and accommodating. Plus my dog always comes with me for his pup cup and they all just love him and he gets so excited! This location is great!!
I had ordered uber eats and they forgot my damn drink like how tf ima order starbucks and not get a drink? this place needs more coffee than me and they gotta start checking their orders. smh

Dear Starbucks,Thank you for providing free water. I spent the morning running errands and suddenly felt nauseous. Quick trip through the drive thru and I'm sipping some ice cold water. Went home and puked my brains out (not Starbucks related). When I woke up in the middle of the night in a fever dream, I was met with the most beautiful sight. A venti cup of water waiting for me.You rock. 5 ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐Never stop providing free water.

It's been many times. So, does the fact that I add a note to remind you really make you that angry? How many times have I ordered another thing? But you guys did another thing. Am I going to ask you to eat for free? You guys often forget to give me straws. Often make the same menu over and over. Even though the order was different. Managers, please check your own employees. Please!

I accidentally wrote a review for a different starbucks I ordered from which absolutely did me dirty. THIS is my favorite starbucks for delivery. I never have issues with delivery from here, they always come with safety seals and bags unlike the other location at 10565.

Yessss peppermint syrup is back! I can finally get my drink! Service was pretty quick for how busy they were. Parking lot is tiny but it was quicker to run in than wait in the drive thru line.I was able to get my matcha green tea latte iced with peppermint syrup! Finally peppermint is back! I have missed it! The inside is nice, and well kept. Restrooms inside.

the drive through line was long so i decided to go in, all the baristas looked exhausted but still managed to get my drink right (which most starbux get wrong) plus they have a shaded patio area with fans
