This is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to hands down, employees are trash, environment is trash, no seats, no bathroom, and the drinks arnt even that good because of the employees. Really worth the $20 an hour pay raise… the most infuriating part is I used to work at this store before when we had chairs everywhere, bathroom for anyone, would do full Christmas and season set ups. I can’t believe they can even call this a Starbucks. It’s give us your money, no talking, take your drink and leave. What kind of experience is that!? This place used to be the 3rd ranked store in the district back in my day. Now, Trash ?

I've picked up my starbucks mobile order at this location a couple of times. The staff is always friendly and the drinks are delicious.

This is a pickup only location, as in, there is no indoor seating at all. They do have tables with umbrellas outside.

I was told they do not have a bathroom here available for customers to use but that I could use the bathroom at one of the other establishments nearby. I wasn't comfortable with that since I wouldn't be buying anything there. Seems like every restaurant these days has a sign saying restrooms are for customers only.

Overall, this is a great place to pick up a drink quickly and go on about your day!

Vegetarian options: Starbucks oatmeal is delicious! It's very customizable. I love it with nuts, dried fruit and fresh blueberries.
If you eat eggs and cheese, Starbucks also offers a delicious Impossible sausage sandwich with egg and cheese.

Parking: This Starbucks is in a huge shopping center. There is parking galore. Great option for those driving trucks, rvs, etc.

idk their names, but they’re trying to “ban” me because they said i called her “ghetto”, when i said “people in her culture are rude to me”, and so she quit the conversation to get the manager.

manager is rude
the lady of african descent is rude as well, and the district manager doesn’t care about the perspectives of customers (without a doubt of personal prejudices that leads false narratives instead of truthful ones)

i told the manager my order but he asked me to repeat myself, so then i showed him my phone w the order (in an attempt to make it easier on him) so he could take it. he refused my phone, and told me to repeat myself. i told him, “well, can u hurry up?”.

i wanted out of that store already (after those awfully low encounters of professional communication, of lack thereof. idk if it is becuse i am gay, but there is a way to talk to people, esp. when you work behind the counter.

they said i was “rude”, but if i was, i dont think i would have nicely repeated myself a bunch of times and then finally been able to give them my merchandise for purchase next if she couldn’t even get my drink’s order down, which she did.

it is not acceptable to make me be nice, after any disregard that my attitude came from their initial demeanor of rude behavior and tone with me.

it is absolutely not okay to be stern w me before anything happened, bc i didn’t warrant it. does she want me to baby talk with her then him, so that i seem sweet, rather than simply say ‘can i get this… oh, well, here is my phone w the order… oh, ‘don’t do that?”… oh, okay.’, which is exactly how i spoke. like, yeah, order me around someone during my free time!

she just didn’t want to do any work specifically for me… she hated taking my order, and she wanted me to scan the merchandise for her as if i was working there. i am not clocked in, and i don’t go into store to scan and bag my own stuff, since it is not my property until after i pay for it.

the district manager dave was told a completely different story, about how i called her “ghetto”, which is not true, but i am allowed to stand up for myself against hard attitudes because i was very nice at first.

they just don’t like me for some reason.

look at the cameras… i was trying to be helpful, and they just didn’t personally like me… i am a human, i can tell the difference.

i asked my mother to go in to get my food and drink, and she said she had no problem getting it. they looked at the phone for her to take the order, and said they gladly looked at other persons’ phones to take their order, so why was i segregated from that option? they must have some personal prejudice against me if im the only one within that hour who was rejected…

i called their sister store to find more infrmation of higher ups w out any hassle. i was met w a distraught sound of empathy, as the man i explained my situation to eagerly gave me the number for the district manager.

that conversation went horrible, as he was already misled by information about me. after trying to politely discuss that her demeanor towards me was not graceful, he immediately went into how it was all my fault, then he cut the line ?

Very low volume in this store. Not a customer in site when I walked in- I was also not greeted by the Barista at the register- I asked if they were open since she didn't speak as I approached. My drink was delicious but the customer service was dismal and disappointing.

Would give zero stars if possible, due to zero human compassion/empathy. I needed to use the restroom desperately before ordering…one worker told me when I asked if they had a restroom I could use, “yes, but someone just went in there.” I walked out to look for another place to use restroom. When I couldn’t find anything open, I went back into this Starbucks…the guy said “ I think they are still in there.” I said that’s ok, I’ll wait. When the person finally came out of the restroom, and I was about to walk in…this other worker tells me that I can’t use it because it’s for employees only! (There is no sign posted stating it is for employees only btw) I explained that I needed to go very badly, and that her coworker had told me yes there’s a bathroom I could use but that someone was in it. He was aware that I was waiting to use it, and yet did not tell me that I wouldn’t be allowed to use it. They did not care that I wasted time waiting to use a restroom that I was led to believe I would be able to, when I could have been driving to another place! This is just ridiculous and not kind at all. I’m quite sure that there is no restroom police hanging around waiting to ticket or arrest this girl for doing a good deed and letting a frequent Starbucks patron to use the bathroom when in desperate need?I walked out without placing the order I had planned to, and found there was actually a Stater Bros near by. They could have at least said there’s a grocery store close that you could go to. Like I said…zero compassion/empathy. Should be zero stars. Lost my business today at this location, and Starbucks just may have lost my business for good all together!
