Hi! I saw your store for the first time today and I assumed that it had gone out of business. Lots of units in this area are closed and have the doors covered with white paper. Because of the white interior of your entry area, it looks like the doors are papered over from a short distance. It gave me the impression that the store had gone under, and likely other people as well. Just some feedback on how your store looks to potential customers. Ty

Not only does The Boba Co. have organic options(which is rare for a boba tea place), but the decor, service, and drinks were all awesome!

Solid drinks and a good selection to choose from. I ordered a Thai milk tea with 50% sugar, boba, and grass jelly. I would say their drinks are on the sweeter side compared to other milk tea shops; I typically always get 50% sugar wherever I go but I would probably go with 25% sugar here next time. They gave a generous portion of boba and grass jelly which was nice. The staff was friendly, and even allowed us to sample their new sakura (cherry blossom) jelly. The shop has rather limited seating with some tiny tables throughout. Overall, I enjoyed my drink and would come back to try their other drinks.

Don't be rude just because your employee can't figure out your own computer system. Unbelievable I have to argue with you guys whether or not I paid when I showed you two different sources.

Ordered 3 boba drinks, the 2 employees made them while busy chating to each other. Without wear any mask or mouth protection, they could have spilled into drinks. The drink is way too sweet, I just poured it out. $4.50 for a regular size drink.I ordered the hot one, they don't even have the right lid to fit the straw. I asked how to get the boba, I was told I need take the lid off to use the straw. With hot drink without using the lid, that's big hassle!

They make the best boba and the best strawberry matcha drink I've ever had! I've gotten this drink 3xs and always regret not getting another one for the next day. Their drinks are on the sweeter side so I would recommend getting 50% of what you'd normally order in sugar level. Their baristas are always attentive and friendly and the shop itself has a nice aesthetic. Wish they had a location closer to Rancho Bernardo, but it's worth a drive to Poway! I have given out a lot of recommendations to my friends to come try their strawberry matcha!

I recently tried the Strawberry Matcha Latte with boba and oat milk and I found my experience to be enjoyable overall! However, I couldn't help but wish for a more pronounced matcha and strawberry flavor, reminiscent of the signature drink at Boba Guys. The service was great, and I appreciated the reasonable pricing. What sets this place apart is the thoughtful inclusion of various milk options without any extra charges. The extensive boba tea selection adds a delightful touch, and the ample parking in the shopping center makes it a hassle-free visit. A definite go-to for a refreshing and satisfying drink experience!

One of my favorite boba spots. The texture of the boba has always been on point for me so far. I ordered the strawberry matcha (50% sweetness) since I saw a lot of reviews say it's good. My boyfriend and I liked it a lot. The drink was creamy (which my boyfriend liked), but was the perfect consistency for me when the ice melted. Service was patient with us and was quick to make our order. Pretty chill and clean.

Blueberry Matcha with boba is my go-to every time! I'm on a sugar detox right now (boo) but before that, it was my holy grail of boba drinks here. When you walk in, be ready to hear the bumpin' music of Tupac, Biggie and all of your old school fave artists. That was the initial appeal when I walked in and since then, it had been my bi-weekly stop for a sweet treat. The shop is tiny but if it's not too busy, you may be able to find a table or the counter to sit at. They offer a variety of milk teas, fruit teas, butterfly juices and coffee drinks to suit your taste buds. Of course you can control the amount of sugar in most of the drinks...just ask them what you can customize. I'm picky about my boba and their's always nice and soft but just a touch of chewiness. Service is good and you also have the option to pre-order your drink online if you prefer. 4 stars.

Love this place! Drinks and service are incredible! Even my kids love the butterfly juices. Highly recommend. Even better is that it is locally owned and supports the local schools.

Great service, delicious flavors! Boyfriend surprised me by taking me here after hiking Iron Mountain. He is less familiar with boba, so the cashier let us try some of the different bobas/jellies. I ended up getting a honeydew black tea with lychee jelly. My bf got a passionfruit green tea with white boba. Both we super good and the boba was really fresh.
