I got the Manga cold brew, a very nice subtle mango taste, very refreshing. My friend got the strawberry matcha latte (or whatever it's called), it tasted like strawberry ice cream, no joke. Both were gorgeous and tasted as good as they looked! Only complaint is that they give a little more ice than I would like, they dont ask. Still, service was great!

I love their Vietnamese Iced Coffee. It's strong and keeps me up for the rest of the day. I can't make it my daily though - I'd probably have a stroke lol.

I like the drink and the service, but I don't like that when they say discount for your drink, they apply the discount before customizations, resulting in a smaller discount. They should apply the discount after all customizations. Starbucks handles discounts better.

The place smells really good (like a candle store/sugary syrups). The iced americano (half decaf) was fine/to be expected from a chain. This is located in a little plaza with things like a laundromat and planet fitness.

Very underwhelming. I have been going to this location since I was in middle school. Ever since I moved back it really hasn't been the same. The iced chai I got was lacking flavor and was mostly ice. They were out of all savory food items except bagels which is totally understandable because of the time I went, just disappointing. Also my bagel was cut weirdly which just added to my bad experience.
Service was mid, not good, not bad, no hate from me.
I really wish I could have the same quality that I had when I was younger. Rip.

Wonderful atmosphere. Very nicely laid out for anyone wanting to get some work done, hang out with a friend or just relax and enjoy your coffee/tea. Drinks are superb!

I visit Coffee Bean at least a few times a week. Today will probably will my last time at the Poway location . There was an employee working the drive thru around 7:40 am this morning that I have never seen before. Not sure if she is new or what but she had a very bad attitude and was very rude. I don’t appreciate being treated like that when I am spending $15 or more each visit.

Enjoyed a nice break while waiting for grandkids at sports. Decaf cookie butter latte (hot) was good, not too sweet. Chocolate chip cookie was reheated, so warm but not fresh tasting and it had a smudge of something fruity on it - don't think that was intentional. Nice clean interior, quiet music, welcoming seating arrangements. Parking was convenient. Barista was friendly, but distracted with conversation with other staff. I'm sure I'll be back. It was a good place for a little break in the late afternoon.

I've been going to CBTL for years but this Poway location is very unpleasant. The staff especially the women are very unfriendly & dressed very inappropriate...crop top showing their belly button & breasts & tattoo all over. Messed up my drink several times...very simple drink that I've been drinking forever there. Very unapologetic & argues back. Very very poor customer service I will never come back!
