Amazing Smoothies, if you can say it’s worth the wait. In the future I will I only ever go here if there is no line, it’s takes the single staff member wayyyyy too long per order, almost like she is intentionally making the process slower.I literally waited 10 minutes while she took the orders of future guests, probably so they wouldn’t leave before attending to making some orders.

Walked in at 6:01 with lights on, door open, OPEN sign illuminated, and posted hours to 7pm. 3 guys were out front tweaking motorcycles in the parking lot. Noticed a sign on the cash register that read "working in the back". After waiting a couple of minutes one of the guys wanted in and said that they were closed. Google hours updated to reflect.

I was greeted with a warm welcome when I arrived and the staff was very friendly. I highly recommend the egg and avocado toast. I was very surprised how good it was because I don’t venture too far off the normal food I eat. I read reviews on how good it was and they were correct it was delicious. The staff was friendly from the time I walked in until the time I left. Don’t sleep on this place. It is very good and I highly recommend.

Deliciously refreshing! My husband and I recently tried an açaí bowl and two different smoothies, each one tasted amazing and filled with the perfect amount of flavor. I have visited a few times and I will definitely continue to when I am in the Poway area. Thank you for the friendly service as well, that's always a plus!

First time visit, Mom and Pop owned, darling couple who made sure everything was perfect.I ordered this Avocado and Egg toast (so tasty) and Acai bowl with passion fruit and Pina colada base. They offered to let me try ALL the base flavors to choose which one I wanted, without me even asking. Both things I ordered were incredible and the Acai bowl was huge! They kept dropping off samples of their smoothies etc in little cups. I've never seen such service and it was truly so delicious that a week later I'm still thinking about it and had to write a review. I'll be back! ?
