I've never witnessed such a hostile work environment. Except for the young man with the neck and arm tattoos who was very polite and inviting when we walked in. After he took our first round order and brought us our drinks everything went down hill from there....that's when the very rude and aggressive lady came to start giving us our sushi. She at some point was yelling and talking down to the young man that was polite to us. The sushi was NOT good, there was a piece of plastic in one of the rolls and it just did not taste right. I couldn't wait to pay the check and get the heck out of there. The only time she smiled was when we told her she could keep the change. Shouldn't have left a tip, but we just hope some of it goes to the young man. An alas we weren't even acknowledged as we walked out after paying. Such a bad experience.

Everything always excellent - little bit of a wait but worth it.
Server was great, forgot his name but he is an Eagles fan. Ramen was terrible. Eggs were perfectly cooked but the broth was completely tasteless. Really ruins every bite. Seaweed salad was portioned well. Didnt have 6 inches of lettuce underneath it lol Sushi was mediocre. Left 130 dollars poorer and couldn’t stop thinking about the most bland ramen known to man

The tempura was the best part, closest “taste” to Japan. Only down side it needs, an oil paper, some parts were extremely oily. Like my lips were shiny. The gyoza was amazing!!! (Pork) 5*****. The mayo in the sushi was sweet, threw the whole taste off. Ramen broth (-*)was also sweet but the udon noodles were on point 5*. The service was amazing! The ladies were very attentive and quick.

My boyfriend and I visited for the AYCE on a Friday night. We were glad we arrived early, as the crowd started building up around 7pm. The AYCE system involves filling out a buffet menu list with your choices and handing it to the waitress (with a maximum of 3 rounds). However, we found the restaurant to be understaffed, as we had to wait about 15 minutes each time just to place our orders. Given the 1.5-hour time limit for AYCE, this delay felt unfair as we also had to wait for the food to be made. Do note the sushi roll portions were quite massive, making it tough to try out a variety of items if that is your goal for the buffet. They also do charge for leftovers, even rice. While the food itself was tasty, the AYCE system and service times could be improved.

Rice was meh, fell apart easily in the nigiri, the handrolls and the regular rolls. took over 15 min to get our order paper noticed (AYCE) after multiple attempts of trying to get waiter attention, octopus tasted frozen, some things were overly salty or odd (overly salty and sour garlic edaname, salmon tasted smoked which was odd)

First two times of AYCE was great, third time the fish for the nigiri wasn’t good at all. Almost all the nigiri we ordered tasted off. Eel was probably the only one that tasted good. Either the yellowtail or albacore we ordered genuinely tasted spoiled or bad.
