Bought a cup for a lager fountain drink only to find that the Diet Pepsi was clear as water. I moved over my second choice, root beer. Not quite clear but close. I asked the owner/manager for help. He disappeared into the back. I waited too long. My pizza to go was getting cold.
The pizza needs improvement in my opinion but I know many folks enjoy it.

We used to stop at Shaver Lake Pizza every time we drove up, but their quality has gone down, the dough isn’t great, their cheese is weird and the wait is insane. We stopped at Pizza Factory to give it a try a few months back and now it’s our place. Food is consistently good every time, service is great and there are some games for the kids. Pizza is hand tossed and it reminds me of how pizza parlors used to be!

We were driving from far away and needed to stop somewhere to eat but we had our dog, and we’re worried that we wouldn’t find anywhere but come to find out they were more then friendly to my dog, they braught him water not once but twice! Sweetest people ever!!!!

Stop and get a tasty pizza on the way home from China Peak. I love their thick crust with extra cheese. We usually call and order as we pass through Shaver on the way home from snowboarding.

Shout-out to the very thoughtful and friendly staff last Tuesday. They saw our family in the parking lot struggling with a flat tired car on a tow truck flat bed and offered us pizza and we were allowed to hang out inside for a few hours ‘ looks like you’re having quite a day’ . Your kindness is appreciated and welcomed! Tasty cheese and veggie pizza, thanks again!

This is a fun and friendly atmosphere to be inside when dining out! There is entertainment all around you like television, games, and quarter machines and the staff is always super kind to everyone. The food is always prepared fresh and tastes amazing! This is a favorite place for us when considering fast food!
