I live in the Central valley and I visit Starbucks all over. This location is right next to my in-laws who we go to visit multiple times a year. Whenever we stop here going through the drive-thru is a 25 to 45 minute experience every time. No matter how many cars are in front of me it takes absolutely forever.Every time I have visited it is like this, not just a one-time experience.Even when we use the app we still end up waiting for 15-20 minutes for our drink to be made. For everyone traveling and wanting to stop at this location and just wait till the next one. It's not worth the wait.

As an avid Starbucks goer, I can wholeheartedly say this is the worst store I have ever been to. I have been to this location several times throughout the years and this past year the service has just gone completely down the drain while the wait time has gone up drastically. The rare times I go in the morning, the staff is rude and cold while the usual evening staff always seem stressed and understaffed. More than a few times I have found myself waiting 30+ minutes for a simple white mocha. If I ever go through the drive through I have to wait at least 15 minutes in line before even ordering and then another 10-15 mins waiting for my drink. The inside of the store always seems to be a mess. It's hard to believe that there isn't some type of food safety violation going on back there. I talked to some of the evening staff because I couldn't understand why the sudden change to the atmosphere, and a few of the baristas made it clear that the problem was the new management, or lack of. The new manager seems to be selfish, only care about herself, and apparently only focuses her attention to the morning. Those poor baristas seem to be suffering, this is not how you treat your employee's! Staff better and do better, new manager!!!

I usually use this location when im going to work in San Jose. I place my mobile order easily 10 mins in advance and usually pickup and go. Lately there has been bad delays and I've waited as long as 30 or 40 mins for my drink. Today, omw to work, was the first time I walked out on my order. I had already waited over 30 mins and nobody had an update on the order. Only that they were backed up. Note that it was mostly empty inside at the time. I was now late for work. There was a line at the register so I couldn't wait for a refund and the app is useless for getting help. So I just donated 5 bucks to Starbucks today. I can understand they get busy but if they are backed up like this, turn off mobile ordering so people know. I could have easily gone to another starbucks.

Always super slow. I come every morning before work and it constantly takes about 20 minutes just to get my coffee. Today I went in and thought it would be faster then the drive thru but I spent almost 35 minutes waiting for my drink. There was about 20 people waiting and they were only passing out mobile orders which no one inside ordered and the mobile order people came later than the people who ordered inside. Organization needs to be changed.

Considering the lady in front of us abused and yelled at the staff for a good 30 minutes, the staff was still extremely nice afterwards when giving us our order. This Starbucks literally deserves the best considering the rudeness they have to take with a smile. Plus the drinks were a 10/10 :)
