I went here a few days ago and it took me an hour in the drive thru. 20 minutes in I wanted to leave but i was already blocked in. I asked why it took so long and they were short staffed, I only saw 4 people. It was a hot day to be stuck. This sucked.
I went through drive through and had ordered two drinks , they were fast and busy but one wasn’t made to my liking. i went back and asked for a remake. The barista Tatiana was so nice , she had the guy remake my drink , he was so kind to remake it for me and it was perfect.
Place is a bit off the highway. We had to exit and take a big loop to get to it since we are going 101south. It’s in a plaza with other fast foods so that’s a plus. The inside was big, modern and clean. It was a bit slow and they seem to have skeleton crew. Person who took our order was friendly but service was a bit backed up. The bathroom doesn’t require key code and is clean.

Starbucks in Prunedale is a clean and efficient place with friendly baristas, making it a pleasant experience for customers. Despite facing rude behavior, the staff remains extremely nice. The store offers adequate parking and prepares orders quickly. Customers enjoy the coffee and other items, appreciating the awesome and friendly staff, like Betty, who create a nice way to start the morning. This Starbucks is highly recommended for a visit on the way to work or when taking a break during a journey.
