Family had been raving about this place and took me there recently. Firstly, as we approached the place my mouth started watering just with the smell of the cooking meat. Inside was spotless and tables well spaced out for anyone worried about distancing. The Pit Boss is an extremely pleasant chap who explained the choices available and after a lot of discussion, we settled on a few dishes and while we waited, the Pit Boss came out with water and a wee snack for the dog. When the food arrived, I was not disappointed, I had a bit of everyone's food and was hard pressed to say which was the best. I was challenged to finish the nachos - and made it - just. Would I go back? Oh definitely, the menu is extensive and I've only just started.

Best food place we’ve EVER been too! Totally worth the 5 hour drive!!! AMAZING!!! Boss man is lovely and it was such a delight to finally go there after my brother had been going on and on about it!!! Cannot wait for the next visit!

We have been to Meat Monsters several times so wanted to try the recently re-introduced lunch time menu as well. Ordered the Chilli and Tacos, the Taco's were tremendous with great flavours, no idea on the chilli as she refused to share and finished it all before I could steal any. Always found the quality of the food to be fantastic and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful.

Second visit here and arrived with high expectations. The setting and serving is simple. Country style. Country music, a barn with wood burners, and the food served in cardboard boxes and with paper plates. The food. What can you say about this?! The ribs literally (!) fell off the bone. Big ribs with lots of meat on it. Could be mistaken as only a few of them, but there is so much more meat on them than in other places, you end up getting more bang for your buck. The chicken was done to perfection. Nice and crispy, without being dry. The brisket….. sublime. Now you could read this and think I have shares in the place. And perhaps the setting and paper plates are not for everyone. We however loved it all. The sustainability, the simplicity of the setting and serving. Together with food that has been smoked/grilled/cooked to perfection. Master of the BBQ and smoker. Give it a try, and I would be very surprised if you didn’t enjoy it as much as we did.

Incredible MasterClass where you prep, season, smoke your own whole brisket and take it home in the evening. Learn so much along the way, can’t wait to try out my new skills at home. Such a friendly team, who kept us well fed (monster mayo on the bacon rolls was a game changer and tacos to die for) and well humoured. Really want to go back for the rib class now.

Came here upon a recommendation and was not disappointed. Ordered the brisket loaded nachos, triple tasty and a side of fries to take away. Food quality was excellent and generous proportion. Order was ready within 5 minutes of selected time and piping hot. Would have no hesitation in recommending to others.
Ordered this for delivery, and it was simply amazing! The food was just outstanding: the meat was perfectly seasoned and beautifully tender, the fries and onion rings were fresh and delicious. The presentation was also very clean, neat and professional, plus the delivery person was friendly and personable. The food was nice and hot too, which is always a danger when ordering delivery. We got plenty of value for money too, with nice big portions. The only fault we can pick with our meal is that we want more! Cannot wait to order again!

I just want to say I had the experience of a lifetime at meet monsters with Anthony the owner. I've lived in Ramona in my whole life, and I have never liked barbecue food until I tried meet monsters. The only take away I we'll mention is not to order the spiciest hot sauce. I Thought I Loved spicy food until I ordered the extra spicy hot sauce they had. Man oh man that stuff is spicy and I would do it again in a second thank you for the wonderful food I look forward to my dinner tomorrow night.

I can't recommend the chicken wings enough. The brisket nachos was also a 10/10. Phenomenal food. No faults, friendly staff as well!

Didn’t know what to expect when we arrived outside but my mum and I had an excellent meal here. The ribs and pulled pork were delicious and mum says they were the best chips she’s ever had. Very friendly owners who catered very well for gluten free customers - even a coeliac like me. Worth travelling for - might be an industrial warehouse setting but there’s a very warm welcome.
