As perfect as I had hoped! I went in for my first visit, which was too long coming and I'm kicking myself for not having made trying this place out a priority sooner! we love love, love this bakery! Their, whole-grain, naturally leavened sourdough is so delicious that it's become a weekly staple for us. It lasts twice as long as other breads that I've used and it makes me happy to know it's helping our probiotic digestion. all of the sweet treats that we've tried have been delicious and many much more healthy and less sweet than most other bakeries. My boy was playing baseball at the high school, me and my daughter came here,and boy is it good!We got Chocolate croissants, almond croissant(for my wife) and a cheese croissants,also a cinnamon roll.It was ALL good.This is the absolute best croissant recipe we have ever tried.The Almond had my wife saying it was the best she has ever tried!We have some jalapeño sourdough to try when we get home,it looks delish!
