First time here, and we won’t hesitate to return! This is the best food in Ramona, we appreciate great food and Rachel’s did not disappoint!
First of all, our server Terri was wonderful, very friendly and great service. The place is comfortable, nicely decorated and very clean!

2nd time here and everything was flawless! Davina was our server and was so sweet and kind!
I had the Raspberry Mojito cocktail and we shared the Cajun Shrimp pasta!
So yummy!
Also the cream pies are a perfect sweet treat for only $3 on Mondays!
This is in my top 5 Ramona rotation now! Everyone was smiling and happy to be there! Good job Rachel and gals!

Rachel’s Cafe is a popular spot in Ramona that offers a friendly atmosphere and a menu with varied options. Guests praise the service, noting the staff is friendly, attentive, and professional. The food is described as delicious and to-die-for. Large portions keep diners satisfied, and the price is reasonable. The restaurant is dog‑friendly, with a covered patio that welcomes pets and their owners. The brussel sprout appetizer is a good starter for four, and the pulled pork sliders on brioche rolls come with cole slaw and a tangy BBQ sauce. The veggie flatbread is loaded with fresh tomatoes, mushrooms, peppers, and more. For those who prefer lighter fare, the soup of the day, Clam Chowder, is available, and the Grilled Cheese is a standout, even though it is not on the regular menu. Desserts include the Blackberry/Lavender delight, which many find incredible. The place is spotlessly clean, with a clean ladies room, and two TVs play World Cup soccer matches. Even on a quiet Wednesday, food arrives quickly. Overall, Rachel’s Cafe is charming, clean, and offers a memorable dining experience that keeps guests coming back. The staff checks in frequently and keeps the service quick. The atmosphere is wonderful, and the place is spotlessly clean, including the ladies room. Many guests say the food is to-die-for. The menu is not overly large but varied, and items like the med burger and chicken tenders are available.
