I liked the har gow (shrimp dumplings), although they were definitely the smallest I've ever had in my life, so the next time I tried some chow mein and an order of the stir fried green beans. The har gow was fine, But I was blown away that the other two dishes had very literally no flavor whatsoever. I mean NONE. The green beans were covered in minced garlic, yet we couldn't taste any garlic. How old was that garlic?! Or was it sitting in water for years, or what? My daughter refused to eat it because it literally tasted like nothing. It was like $50 for all that stuff and most of it went in the trash. We won't be going back.

Service was pretty slow given that we were the only ones there and no online orders were being filled. The food is also quite expensive. Regardless, the taste is unbeatable. I have been coast to coast and not had better bao's than the ones here.

customer service is sucks, one worker stare at me even when i smile, and why tipping is mandatory. i don’t leave a tip who good food and customer service. this is the worst place we went. the one in stockton have a better customer service, food is great and atmosphere is good. if i’m the area i’m not coming back here

Overpriced. $80 for 2 noodle dishes and 3 small sides that were not tasty; zero flavor. Lo Mein was $13 AND additional $4 for shrimp and they gave us 5 pieces of the smallest shrimp possible.
Super unfriendly. No one and I mean NO ONE bothered to smile or greet us upon coming nor leaving.
Horrible atmosphere. Water tasted like chlorine my sons couldn’t even drink it.
MSG city. We felt so tired and needed a nap shortly after and my son had a huge headache which he rarely has.
Stay clear of this place.

Somehow, the taste of food here isn't the same as the experience we had before. Asked for sliced ginger to go with Xiaolongbao. A little disappointed with the beef noodle soup. Beef rolls are OK.
The pork buns and mushroom rice Shaomai is to die for!
