Well,the service was sad. The girl at the register looked/sounded miserable and not happy. I know we all have those days but As a customer I was bummed. The atmosphere didn't feel welcoming.I suggest a business flyer on the counter for customers to take. The food 5 Star...

Their food is super good and their ice cream is even better. It probably only took 3 minutes for the food and ice cream to come out. And when you go inside you are greeted with music and all the amazing things they have for you to order.

Ok so I was genuinely excited to see a store like this, all my favorite Mexican snacks and then some....... however this place is so expensive. I bring my 3 kiddos here after school occasionally and usually spend like $60.00 (pricey after-school snack), anyway today is my last visit because instead of swapping a drink that's priced $ 9.00 because of a clear miscommunication between cashier and customer I had to purchase another drink and leave with one that nobody wanted. Bad customer service 100%..also got my order wrong pretty sure what I actually ordered and what they charged me for is drastically different in price

This place was really clean and the ice cream looked good. All I had was a corn in a cup which I do not recommend. It had a weird taste and is very overpriced, a small cup for almost $8. I'll have to try the ice cream next time.

Today at 7:00 I came in to order a ice cream and a hot Cheetos corn, I pay the lady in front. A few min later the lady gave me my order and the corn was wrong. She gave me the reg one instead of the hot Cheetos. I ask her if I can have the hot Cheetos one instead and she sit there and argue with me saying that I did not order the hot Cheetos one I order the regular one and she refuse to make it so I ask for my money back and will no longer be a customer here.

In town visiting my son. I had the fresas con crema, and elote in a cup/esquites. I loved both and will be back when I'm back in town. My son lives nearby and he says he'll be back. The lady that helped us was friendly and answered questions, service was fast, and the place was clean. Go here!

New place and our first visit was a hit. Good choices and a unique Mexican flare if one chooses. Two ladies were working there today and they were so helpful. The kids had unicorn ice cream, one with Fruity Pebbles on top. I have a large cup with three scoops: Mango, Butter Pecan, Pistachio. Nothing better in 90 degree weather and the taste is fantastic.GUNTHER'S ICE CREAM used here. YES!! Loved the wide variety of flavors. This store is a great location in Rancho Cordova near other many stores for shopping. Parking lot is very big, so no worries there.Going back again...and again...and...you know. :-)
