Finding this spot is like discovering a hidden gem! The boba drinks were beyond amazing & I was especially grateful for the kind, genuine woman who helped me out. I believe her name is Nexalize. Very grateful for this spot I will definitely be coming back soon!
This place is very good, I love everything about this place. Good customer service, everything pretty fresh and quality. The restaurant is very clean. I feel like winter time is harder on them. I encourage everyone to visit all year round. Keep it up!

Great shaved ice! Wouldn’t say I was kindly greeted but would say I immediately was told I couldn’t have boba or waffle cones came in about three hours before close, same lady both times never been kind! Also have never been allowed to eat inside!

Came in at 7:30pm on a Friday. One of the girls that worked there had some friends come by and as soon as we walk through the door she says "all orders are to go only" I'm like why? It's at least 30 mins before they close. She says we close in 15,25 mins.. I'm like you guys close at 8. We'll be out by 8 she said we close the doors and leave at 8. Wow such great service.. oh but her friends could sit there not problem. Next I'm ordering and the girl taking the order says oh our boba machine is out. Umm okay. I'm ordering a bubble waffle. Oh we don't have that either. Seriously?? After the Mexican chick gave hekkkkka attitude. I didn't even want to sit there another minute. We left after that at 7:46. She followed us with the the keys.

The shaved ice me and my kids had had the most delicate (is that the right word?) mouth feel along with the most interesting flavor combinations we've ever had. It was the perfect cap to the time we spent out in the hot sun. Although the service took a minute I refuse to take off a star for the simple fact that this poor person was working alone and going as fast as she could. Needless to say I would definitely recommend this place and I wish it was closer to where we live. Please Roseville for the LOVE OF GOD bring a good shaved ice place here

I feel bad that this business is in such a secluded spot. Their brown sugar Boba milk tea is fantastic. I personally ordered two of them for my kids and I ordered myself a mango green tea with popping Boba and jellies. This is a must try for sure!
1st time here, got the Thai Tea called Tiger. Can adjust the sweetness.

Arctic fox is my new to go boba spot with many delicious flavors such as my absolute favorite coconut spice there manager nexalize is honestly one of the nicest and is always serving us with a smile on her face. I highly recommend this spot for a little treat for yourself and THEIR ICECREAM is even better they come up with new drinks themselves aswell if you love boba or a sweet treat I recommend arcticfox I have no negative things to say plus they are a small business so you get your drinks relatively fast amazing customer service aswell.
The employees were very kind, and the Boba is made by hand. Overall, 10 out of 10
