The Beijing Cafe might be a tiny little spot, but it's one of the best Chinese restaurants I have been to in many years. The food is stellar, the portions are very generous, and the price is incredible considering the cost of... well, everything else in today's world.I had the General Chicken, it's a guilty pleasure I admit, and I just love it here. The chicken portions are really great quality meat and the breading between that and the sauce is just the right thickness and wonderfully crispy.It's probably for the best that I don't get to Rancho Cordova too often or my diet would be off the rails. But as a little treat on the days I cycle to allow carbs, it's perfect. So good!

I happened to find this place while going to Lowe's. I was intrigued by the name. The fact it's called Beijing Cafe made me feel like this would be more like authentic Chinese food, not Americanized Chinese food. My intuition was correct. I got schezuan beef and guess what, it has real schezuan peppercorns in it! I've been looking for a place in Sacramento to satisfy my craving for this spice for a long time. I'm so happy that now I know where to go. ? Hell yeah. Love those peppercorns.

The food was outstanding!!! They have good customer service and the food is served quick and also fresh!!! The atmosphere is comfortable and cozy just feels good to be here …. I totally recommend this place also forgot to mention the prices are so reasonable :)
To expensive for what you get. Small portions, $2.50 for half a cup of rice. Service was OK. I could get a steak somewhere else.

Horrible service from lady in red. She was rude from the start. Made us move tables and did not clean it at all. Said we ordered too much. Was demanding tips and points to the percentage options and was yelling “TIP!”and giving death stares. Saying we gave her trouble when we just asked to split a check. Overall very Aggressive.

My experience at Beijing Beef left a bitter taste in my mouth, both figuratively and literally. Upon entering the restaurant, the ambiance was less than inviting, with dim lighting and a stale odor lingering in the air. The staff's demeanor was off-putting, as they seemed more focused on pressuring patrons into tipping generously rather than providing quality service. Throughout the meal, a lady, presumably a server, cast judgmental glances our way, making us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Her remarks about our portion sizes, insinuating that we ate too much, only added to the discomfort. The food itself was a disappointment, lacking in flavor and freshness, further solidifying my opinion that this establishment was far from satisfactory. In the end, leaving the restaurant, I couldn't shake the feeling of being unfairly judged and disrespected, vowing never to return to such a garbage and disgusting dining establishment.

So i made my decision not to even give them my hard earned money. No thank you! Working in customer service IS A MUST FOR PATIENCE!!! Let’s not add the rudeness he had towards my client who have disability.

Would have been nice if they new what kind of fish they were selling,I ordered the salt and pepper fish an asked what kind of fish was it but no one knew seemed odd. Wasn't a fan of the fish it was mushy on the inside now I really wanna know what kind it was so I don't get it again. Service was fine I ordered to go.
