It was a wonderful surprise to find an ice cream food truck in the neighborhood. We had the Butter Brickle scoop and the Swiss chocolate shake and they both were absolutely delicious. The owners are friendly and kind and it was a pleasure meeting them. I highly recommend Building A Sundae food truck to everyone who is looking for high quality delicious ice cream. A+ A+ A+

I had the opportunity to visit one of their pop op events in Elk Grove. I needed to bring something home for my mom and wasn’t sure what to get so Janine made my mom a sundae and she loved it! My daughter got a milkshake. Everything was amazing, service was top notch, If you ever see their tents at an event you are at do yourself a favor and get a sundae, you won’t regret it!

OMG! How sweet and just all around awesome are the young adults that work at this ice cream pop-up shop! I never thought I'd find young workers that top the service at the Filet-a-Chic but these sweeties take the cake! Wait, they take the sundae! I get one treat a month and I can't wait to see where they pop-up next! Their prices are better than 31 Flavor-Flave's and their ice cream, service, and topping choices beat Old Stone Creamery!

This is some wonderful service and the staff is just amazing. They helped me pick out some yummy sorbet for my grandson who is diary intolerant all the while putting a smile on his face. They listened and were patient with both of my littles and super attentive with my niece and her friend. It was great service and a bunch of laughs. If you are having an event and want to do something fun you found the right vendor. Family friendly and wonderful service. Not to mention the delicious ice cream!!

I stopped by a pop-up for Build-A-Sundae during the summer. The portions are huge, and as long as they have my favorites, mint chip or cookies and cream, I am always happy. One guy told me that he had enough to save a portion for the next day! Their sorbets are great too. The downside is having to wait for my ice cream because there are always so many people lined up to get some! I love that they accept more than just cash. If you see them, stop by!

Build A Sundae was such a. Nice treat on a hot day. They offer high end ice cream. Tons of toppings. They even have floats. The prices may seem high at first. But when you see how massive the scoops are you will realize the price is fair. After speaking with some of their awesome staff I found out during an employee training day. They were able to try a bunch of different ice cream flavors. I heard Pomegranate is amazing. But wasn't selected as a permanent flavor. Maybe if we get more requests they can offer it! I recommend following them and finding out when their next pop-up event is! Don't miss out.

We love Build A Sundae!! The flavor of the ice cream is so rich and flavorful. I like that they rotate the flavor selections. Their are so many topping to choose from. The crew is amazing, fun and are always helpful with their suggestions. The sorbets are amazing. Lemon sorbet is my go too with a little hint of ginger......yummmm!!!!
Vegetarian options: They offer dairy free sorbets.
