My favorite brewery in Rancho Cordova! I come for the sours (biggest selection). Love the food trucks. Super friendly staff. You just have to try this place. You won’t regret it.

Try a flight, the beer selection is good, and food outside the brewery is an option. Ordered a flight and asked the bar tender to choose for me, she did a good job, and the beer assortment was pretty good.

Burning Barrel Brewing Co. is easily one of the most exciting breweries I’ve visited—and I’ve visited a lot. The tap list? Insane. Over 20 beers on rotation, from hazy IPAs and crisp pilsners to wild smoothie sours and barrel-aged stouts. I tried a blueberry banana cheesecake sour that tasted like it came straight from a dessert menu. Meanwhile, the “Side Pull Pillows” Czech pilsner was perfectly clean and balanced—proof they do the classics just as well as the experimental. The space is laid-back and welcoming. Plenty of seating both inside and out, misters on the patio for hot days, and dog-friendly! The staff was super knowledgeable and happy to offer recommendations based on what I liked. You can really tell the team here cares about quality and innovation. Also, the service was fast, friendly, and genuinely passionate about beer—which makes a huge difference. Whether you’re into crushable lagers, pastry stouts, or bold fruit-forward sours, Burning Barrel has something that’ll blow you away. It’s the kind of place you want to bring friends to—but also one where you could chill solo and geek out on the beer list. Can’t wait to go back. 🍻

The staff here are so amazing and make the beer that is amazing taste even better. I will definitely be here again, it is worth trying every beer that sounds interesting a go. This place is truly where you go to have fun and have fun with the beer. If you're bored if you're just hanging around stop here cuz you will have a great time.

Very good Atmosphere very clean inside friendly employees. I had Fireside Stories Porter really enjoyed that beer. They also have outside seating

Fun selection of funny named beers that taste great! Kind staff and the misters were sure refreshing. And the smell of brewing beer! Wow! Better than Godiva! For beer lovers!
