NEVER COME HERE!! Every single time I come to this Carls Jr., they always get at least 1 or 2 things wrong with every single order. You can always guarantee bad service and an incorrect order. They never answer the phone, so you can’t even get your order corrected after the fact.

I have not been to this CJ's for years since I worked in the neighborhood. Today the store was quiet in mid afternoon, but behind the counter, staff were busy with to go orders. The Latina manager was professional, helpful and friendly. This store is in great hands ?

The girls that work this location are some of the most disrespectful girls I’ve ever met. Today we went through there’s nobody inside or outside ordering. I took them almost 10 minutes to take our order. I asked for two kids cheeseburger meals get to the window. she hand me one I told her why was it over $20. She tries to explain to me and her way that that’s how much they cost so we get into an argument. She then charges me for another kids meal doesn’t refund me for what she charged me over. Then rolls her eyes and throws the food at me
