Truly abysmal service. Stopped by thanksgiving afternoon and the two girls that were working were in horrible moods. Apart from that, in between orders, they are on their phones(with gloves on) so I didn’t feel right eating my food considering phones carry a lot of germs. They also touched their clothes and continued working on the food. Terrible hygiene for food workers. Can’t imagine what goes on behind the scenes when there aren’t any customers inside the restaurant, if that is the way they act when there is a customer inside the restaurant.

WTH! I get home with my French fries and this is what I got for $5.48. Small French fries in a large container. Be careful these fast food restaurants are the biggest scammers!. Ordered large! Pissed off!

There is literally no reason to use the app. McDonalds always has tons of deal available only on the app, which is why I tend to go there, even though I prefer Carl's Jr. Food.

The first time I had stopped by, on a Saturday during lunch, my experience was great. However, upon stopping by here this Monday, I had a horrible experience. To start, when I went in, the workers (receipt said Esmeralda, I couldn’t see the cook’s name) were so focused on their phones and conversations, that it took them 5 minutes to finally take my order. Afterwards, they were still so distracted by their conversation, it took them 15 min (I didn’t time them, they have a timer under the tvs that tells them how long it’s taking them) just to get me my food. After a long day of work, I just want to get my food and get home fast, I didn’t expect stopping to get fast food would take me so long. I will no longer be stopping by here. Good thing chick fil a and in n out are close by

My son asked if they were closed because his food delivery kept getting canceled (he works graveyard). I drove through the next day and never got a person at the speaker. I was worried for the employee so I pulled up to the window and saw people in there (not in distress) so I left. I don't understand what happened, but they are not closed, although ordering is a hit or miss, may need to dine-in for best service.

Went inside during lunch on Saturday. Alex and Noel were very friendly and my food was fresh and hot. I was the only one in the dine in and they had people in the drive thru but they were still polite and attentive and didn’t rush me when I asked questions. Will be definitely be coming back!

I go to this location a lot it's close to my work. Instead of trying to take my order they're always trying to upsell me on some item. Then when I order my item they tried to upsell me on the upsell. Staff is very friendly my food is cooked correctly. But it takes so long to cook it cuz there's like one employee working. Every single time I come through.

Honestly I just can't come here anymore. This was my daily but I am tired of the poor and horrible customer service. I understand 1 or 2 times they mess my order. But now it is everytime I go I get wrong order or they put ice in my drink when I specifically asked for no ice. And I know they know about the ice when they read my order before I pay. They also just try to get you out of there asap without even trying to ask simple questions that will help better customer service such as do you want sauce or anything else.

This is the worst meal I have ever had. The hamburger is disgusting. The fries are hard and cold and I only had a couple minutes for my lunch so it’s like I had to just leave come to work. I work right here by them. It’s so gross

Giant mold spots on burger bun, the cashier said it was from some machine. 1. Why would there be some sort of machine putting stains that look like mold on buns back there? 2. It was very clearly mold. When asked for a refund she said since it was bought on the app I'd have to go through them. DO NOT EAT HERE! YOU'LL PROBABLY END UP WITH FOOD POISONING
