Made reservations and they cancel it and change it to an earlier time. It was obvious when we got there they wanted to close early as we were the only guest we saw. Drink had to be remade and the steak was burnt on the outside so bad I didn't eat it and I ordered it medium. The mashed potatoes were not warm on either plates. When manager spoke with us and I explained and he says " well we always ask after food is brought out if everything is ok?" with attitude. I informed him when our server asked I hadn't tasted my steak or potatoes yet and was still eating my salad and just started on the crab. They rushed everything to the point we were not even asked if we wanted desert. I NEVER complain or make reviews, but it being the last drink and nice meal for awhile before brain surgery, I wanted it to be good and was very disappointed in the experience. He gave us some credit, but that wasn't the point at all. I'll stick to the Petaluma location where we are always treated nice and the food is always good.

MJ was our server, stellar service. We enjoyed the app, the main course and dessert. You don't leave cattlemen's hungry. It was our first time ever to a cattlemen's and we are not disappointed. Made our little 7 year anniversary dinner great.

My husband and I have been coming to Cattleman’s for over 5 years. Trying to dine here once a month. We were there on Wednesday. Our waitress was Emma. She was new and was very friendly and excellent with customer service. We want to say that these steaks that were ordered were the best steaks we have ever had. I had the “Sheriff”and it cut like a filet.

This is one of my favorite chain restaurants, and this location is definently my absolute favorite location. The staff is consistently kind, fun, and accommodating...the food is always delicious, and the portions are gargantuan! I also quite enjoy the privacy and comfort of their booths, This is a restaurant where you can easily spend a couple of hours dining and catching up with your friends, as it is a truly relaxed atmosphere that encourages one to sit back, relax, and enjoy.

I liked this place. I have driven past it for 30 years and finally went. The server was not very interested in my wife and I being there, but the food was great and the other staff was very helpful. It is a great place for a steak.

I have been to this particular Cattlemen’s only twice but to the Dixon, Ca location a handful of times. First the best elements: Service, appetizers. and sides. Less impressive: Disappointing cocktails (tasting like they are poured from a mix vs. composed fresh). For $12+, not a value, in my opinion. I had a margarita (like I did the last time), and it was not better this time. My daughter had the Lemon Drop and did not love it. Tasted a bit odd. I also was disappointed that my steak was so charred that the char was the predominant flavor. This might be okay at a lower price point (such as a Sizzler); but for $28 (their cheaper steak) it seems like a bad value. My daughter’s burger also was overly charred. The char level may just be a personal preference. On the positive side, the potato skins, pot of beans, and baked potato were very good. My son had a cheesecake slice that was advertised as daring you to finish it. He polished it off (after a full meal) without any issue. Our bill for four, with tip, was $265. Oof! :( Outback strikes me as better-tasting at lower cost, but this is one person’s opinion. We had excellent service and a good time at Cattlemen’s.
