The manager on duty was incredibly helpful! This time of year is always busy and things take a little longer but she was amazing, communicative and overall very helpful. Dinner was delicious and we got everything we ordered. Thanks for dinner Chilis!

I got some Nashville hot wings bone in. I swear I thought it was gonna be covered in sauce that crap is dry and taste like wing stop won’t be ordering again.

Closed at 9:30 when they said they are open until 10. Just wanted takeout soup.

Took my daughter here because she wanted to try Chili's for the first time. Got seated right away and took our drink orders. The service stopped there. We waited for a long time watching the server took every other tables orders and went back and forth to the bar but never came to our table. We finally left and he yelled thank you when he saw us leaving. Big disappointment to say the least.

We arrived at 11 am, opening time, and were told we'd have to wait more than 1/2 hour for a server to show up because we were a party of 7. Rather than seat us we had to sit in the waiting area while other smaller groups were seated.

The food was okay.

However, our server (when we got one) was very good.

Came during lunch and had a great experience! Food was on point, and our server made sure we were saving our money! The atmosphere was amazing. I cant get over the classic chili's feel! Clean restaurant, great staff. I can tell they know what they are doing!

Parking: Tons of parking because it's in a shopping center.

Kid-friendliness: Great kids menu with activities to keep them occupied

We got the 3 For Me special for $10.99 for the single Burgers are so big and delicious! Totally worth the price! Paid 14.98 for a big bag of chips and salsa, big burger, fries, and dessert (cheese cake )
