Chipotle Mexican Grill

Slow down! Soft tacos from Chipotle are usually mushed together but these ended up literally inside of each other! People are nice, place is fine, usually asked what kind of beans, what kind of rice, etc. Business was slow but it seemed like I was rushed through and the food was lacking because of it.

This is the best Chipotle I’ve been to. I’ve been to Chipotle’s across the western part of the country and this Chipotle is the most kind, considerate, and patient consistently. I’m lucky to be closest to this one now.

My father and I came to this restaurant with a good mood and ready to eat, we left with a negative attitude because we waited in line until they took our order and a customer behind us had a question to get rice and beans for the kids meal and the worker was being rude saying they cannot do that and asked the manager and the manager said they can. The worker then stared at the customer behind us and made a rude comment rhat bothered the customer and they said they would like the manager to make the food instead. the manager looked at the worker with a look of confusion because she kept going, being rude and making comments behinds the counter. the manager then skipped us and same with the worker and left our food we were ordering and completely ignored us. we looked around at each other and the workers annoyed and frustrated because we were waiting patiently for our food and they were being rude to the customer behind us just for them to completely ignore us. we decided to just walk out leaving our food sense they didn’t say a word or even look at us. TERRIBLE customer service i will never be going to this location again maybe 👀

The steak wasn’t good it was tough and hard and didn’t have much flavor. And since I got double portion it was doubly disappointing 😔

Everyone I'm sure has been frustrated with fast food but this time they helped me get my free meal since I was having trouble with the app and redeeming my rewards, turns out the item I wanted was only in app they explained that and were very helpful I'm sure I'm going to speal her name wrong but Sangita was amazing.

We’ve been to this location a few times now and every time I get really really sick… this location is always really dirty and the food itself looks like it’s been sitting out too long.

Guac is always brown… I’m upset I get charged extra for brown guac.. it’s just so dirty and the crew does not work well together… this location will close due to making too many people sick… mark my words.

Never had an issue with my food here. Very filling and the employees there are always great. 😊

There are a lot of options without meat or dairy. I like that I can choose between sofritas or veggies for the base, and then any of the rice and veggies. I just don't love the chipotle flavor, but my daughter and husband love it.

Someone hold this night accountable! Takes a lot for me to leave a negative review. Sista with the hair extensions for the Love of God please smile and be friendly! Whole floor in front of food containers. Soaking ! Walking through a whole lake while ordering . Manager in the back visibly texting while orders aren't even caught up out front ! Rats running around our front . I literally thought I was living in the twilight for a hot second ! Please let a manager hear my pleasure!

They always have the angry young lady making food, and maybe she has right to be as no one is ever helping her. None the less, angry vibes are real!

Skimpy on the meat and with the price, should have gotten double!! The Extra charge for Quac is a price you can get a bag of avocados for and Chips not as fresh as they used to be...need to do better...SMH
