Chipotle Mexican Grill

Very poor customer service. Tried talking to the store manager about it but unfortunately Antonio did not receive the message, so corporate is now investigating his inappropriate behavior and overall restaurant. Truly breaks my heart because customer service and responsibility is very important to creating a positive experience and environment to customers.

Ordered online, got here at 11:25, order was supposed to be ready at 11;30. Now 11:35 so I go stand at the register. Only one customer ordered since I got there. I stood at the register for 3 minutes before an employee asked me if I needed anything. I was wondering how a brand new chipotle could have a terrible rating, now I know why.

This was our first time here, and we found plastic in our food. Be careful while eating. Also, always check the receipts because they added some other person's food price with ours.

I went to this 2.4 star rated Chipotle expecting the worst chipotle experience of my life. In some ways, I was disappointed no one berated me or gave me the stinkeye, but in others I was whelmed with the most average burrito bowl experience of my life. I wasn't rave enough to get the guacamole but my coworker said it was fine.

I was sent the completely wrong order with and the toppings were incorrect such a waste of time and money worst location ever! They hire people that don’t know what they are doing

If I could give this location zero start ratings for Service and Atmosphere, believe me I would. Absolutely horrible customer service, it makes me wonder if this location has an actual manager on site. Employees are rude and unpleasant.

1st visit - I understand it's a new location and the staff is working out some challenges. I got a chicken burrito bowl, smallest portion I've ever been served and the meat was chewy. I also purchased additional chips, (that ended up being stale), and guacamole. I went back in to let the employees know about the terrible chips and asked if they are made fresh daily- Got a reply I don't think so, but not really sure. Never offered to give me another bag of chips to try out. I will not be buying that product from this location again.

2nd visit- Again, the employees are not friendly at all. It gets worst- The assembly line was super unsanitary this time, with droppings of food products and condiments covering the entire area where your food is being prepared, it's disgusting. I ordered a chicken salad bowl and when they put on my sour cream, there was corn salsa mixed in it. When I asked if they could take off the mixed scoop and give me a clean one, the employee got frustrated. Then I asked for guacamole on the side and there was red salsa mixed in that scoop, so when I declined to purchase it, the employee got upset and walked away. This is the worst location I've ever been too and it's such a disappointment, because I was super excited to support them when they opened up in the neighborhood. I will continue going to the other Chipotle location on Zinfandel.

This location is the worst in the area. I understand it's a new location so there are some kinks to workout. I've been here a few times and each time the protein portions get smaller. I will drive the extra 10 minutes to go to another location. Also, while it's not the stores fault, the parking in the center is trash

*update. I came back 2 weeks later just to see if this location has improved as it's in a convenient location and unfortunately it hasn't improved. The protein portions are ridiculously small they want to charge extra to put more than 3 pieces of chicken on each taco while their prices are slightly higher than other locations. Never again...

Ok I'm glad we have a new Chipotle in this area, but in my 3 visits so far I've noticed the fajita veggies are in very short supply. This is a big reason why I come here. Please help with this!

Extremely poor customer service and cold flavorless food. For $20 an hour you could at least try a little more. Also still having a tip jar is ridiculous.

The place has only been open a couple months. Been there twice only. And will not be back. Both visits I was welcomed with just mean attitudes. For zero reason too. I was kind and normal. Just there to pick up some food. It didn’t take long for my order or anything out of the ordinary for a chipotle visit. Besides the terrible attitudes. The food was good.

Had the worst experience with my elderly parents. Customer service was terrible, and management was even worse. Will not go back.
