Chipotle Mexican Grill

I dont know about the other comments, but to me this is just another regular chipotle. Food is fine, decent portion, okay quality. I do not recommend doing take out though, they may skimp on the portion.

Oddly enough, this didn't taste right to me. I love Chipotle, but either this location changed the recipe or had an off-day. Not just my sofritas burrito, but my family complained of it their bowls being salty or off, as well. 😔

Not sure why this place has 2.5 stars. First time here today and great experience. Great workers, polite, good portions, probably most decent I’ve had in a while. I was in and out in under 5 minutes. Walked out feeling real good.

The sad part is that I really only appreciate two people that work here. Management is horrible. I have been here quite a few times every experience has gotten progressively worse. Ordered for pick up received the wrong order. On top of that…notice that the order for pick up was for 11:30 am. It was sitting out for hours until I received it. (Again wrong order, but still food safety is #1) At 6:40 pm went back in, asked to speak to the manager on duty poor quality service. I work in grocery retail understand that problems arise but that is why we have procedures in place for a reason. This is unacceptable. I would definitely think twice before coming to this location.

I order like normal everywhere else. I find this inside my guac! It’s like a whole avacado that’s raw and rock hard mixed inside! It’s actually ridiculous that they’re not being careful about this. I got diarrhea after eating the food too. Not even gonna bring up the portion size for meat which is worse too. No wonder this location got one of the lowest ratings out of the other ones. Staff need to pay more attention

It’s chipotle and this location has barely been open a year, nothing extraordinary but most always good service and everything tastes fresh. I’m glad it’s so close because sandwiches from the other fast foods spots was getting tired. I love the chipotlane, pickup order always ready and correct.

I never thought I could give any Chipotle 5 stars. But this Chipotle was different & whoever was working there the night of 07/08/25 gets 5 stars! The portion was amazing, food tasted great, and it was layered graciously.

Chipotle usually gives half full salsa for chips in my experience.

Very poor customer service. Tried talking to the store manager about it but unfortunately Antonio did not receive the message, so corporate is now investigating his inappropriate behavior and overall restaurant. Truly breaks my heart because customer service and responsibility is very important to creating a positive experience and environment to customers.

Ordered online, got here at 11:25, order was supposed to be ready at 11;30. Now 11:35 so I go stand at the register. Only one customer ordered since I got there. I stood at the register for 3 minutes before an employee asked me if I needed anything. I was wondering how a brand new chipotle could have a terrible rating, now I know why.

This was our first time here, and we found plastic in our food. Be careful while eating. Also, always check the receipts because they added some other person's food price with ours.

I went to this 2.4 star rated Chipotle expecting the worst chipotle experience of my life. In some ways, I was disappointed no one berated me or gave me the stinkeye, but in others I was whelmed with the most average burrito bowl experience of my life. I wasn't rave enough to get the guacamole but my coworker said it was fine.
