Strange Marriott is charging for room WI-FI in this day & age. Already a $pendy spot, ($19 for smallish wedge salad) so why not just comp the Wi-Fi for all guests like cheaper hotels do. No need to nickel & dime like that. And how bout a placard to ask housekeeping to not change sheets & towels, good way to save water etc…
The rooms are very large and comfortable. The place is old school and although it could use a remodel, they seem to take good care here. Room and facility is clean and the staff very friendly. The room I had included a coffee maker, nice desk area, a small refrigerator and comfortable beds and chairs. No daily housekeeping at this time, but the Marriott breakfast in the restaurant was very nice, Staff in the restaurant were all great, friendly and helpful. Easy freeway access...
On a business trip for a week, travelling from Virginia to California. Pros: Comfortable bedding Good location Cons: No free breakfast No free wi-fi No free parking Road noise because next to highway Long lines for check in on weekends. Thought I would faint after a long day of travel.
