Dutch Bros Coffee

The Bears Hollow Dutch Bros location is the best location I've found! The staff is great! The drinks are always the best! And I hardly ever see a wait longer than 5 minutes. This stand has a great system in place for merch drop days!

I go to Dutch at least once a week to get coffee for staff at work. The employees are so friendly and helpful. Some of them make conversation with you.

Been coming here for a long time how they always get my coffees right lines usually pretty low unless they're having an event obviously everyone's super friendly love it

Today, 9/20, I wanted a drink to get hydrated and was feeling something chocolatey to drink, so I decided to go to my local Dutch bros near my house. I wanted the Chocolate crunch freeze but I was afraid they might not make it because it’s only came one time in 2023 however; when I went in today; I was greeted and helped by a employee named Jeff. He was very professional, nice, and knew how to make a great drink. Even though, the drink I wanted was hard to order, Jeff was very patient and had a good conversation with me, because of that; i really appreciate him, because patience like that isn’t that common any more.

Today is my birthday, and I was really looking forward to the fun “birthday experience” Dutch Bros is known for. Unfortunately, this location left me very disappointed. The employee who took my order did wish me a happy birthday, but when I got to the window, the girl working had her back to me the entire time and only turned around to hand me my drinks. When she did, all I got was a very somber “have a nice day.”

In the past, I’ve taken my kids to other locations for their birthdays, and the staff went out of their way to make them feel celebrated—it was always such a positive experience. Sadly, that wasn’t the case here. On top of that, my birthday drink was mostly ice, which added to the letdown.

Overall, it was a really disappointing way to start my birthday, especially since I thought a Dutch Bros stop would bring joy to my morning. This experience fell far short of the great customer service Dutch Bros is known for.

The coffee and muffin tops were great. The staff was definitely nice. My one comment is unlike most Dutch Bros the didn't hand out a sticker with the drink purchase on Wednesday. Other than that I have no complaints!

This is a new location. We had 2 separate orders but when we got to the window to pay, they had 1 drink made of both drinks that we ordered instead of them being 2 separate drinks. They ended up fixing the order and gave us the drink that was incorrect, a Picture Perfect & Carmelizer combined.

All in All the drinks tasted great and I'll definitely be going back. Hopefully next time though, will be a little smoother when ordering drinks.
